Enter condo C204 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 2nd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Perfect condo perfect location

The condo is on the second floor go on g better views of the ocean and pool. The house was clean and the owners had a very nice welcome basket for us upon arrival. The condo is updated and is an overall great spot.

Great beach spot

Great spot. Everything you need is there. Floors were clean. Could have used some wiping down on the walls (I know that’s a strange thing to note.) Kitchen was fully stocked. The hot water heater is on the small side, so don’t take 2 showers at the same time/run the dishwasher - you will run out of hot water. Jan was a dream to work with. No issues at all during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place

Wonderful Stay

We were thrilled with the Condo, everything we needed was provided and the unit was very clean. The welcome gift was really appreciated, my grandson had a lot of fun with the beach toys and we all enjoyed the popcorn. HVAC worked great and the view of the pool and ocean were stunning. Great location.

Overall, good experience, great location, beach service that was included was iffy The beach staff was not friendly at all, would not give us chairs and an umbrella every day always acted like we were bothering them The only complaint I have about the condo is I don’t think the floor had been mopped in over a month. Our socks were black after the first day and we hadn’t even been out anywhere.

Great location on beach

Perfect Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at C204 The Beach House Condo. It has everything you need for the perfect vacation. I loved the convenience of access to the condo, pool and beach! Loved not having to wait on an elevator in a high-rise. It was centrally located to everything -- grocery store, shopping, etc. Communication was also excellent. Jan was just an email away and available to answer any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation!

You cannot go wrong staying in this condo. We would stay here again! Stunning views of the ocean!! Only steps to the pool and beach..the best condo if you have kids. This is on the end so we took the stairs all the time..inside was nice and clean. Good ice maker! Plenty of dishes. Communication with the owner is easy and pleasant. We had a great stay here. Hated leaving!

Quick Anniversary trip

Last minute trip. Condo was GREAT. Great location. Clean and very comfortable beds. Great for an “out of season trip”. Loved the Information binder ! Wouldn’t ask for better communication from seller.

We love the Beach House as Jan and Corey take care of our need and are friendly to work with.

The management is efficient, friendly and care about our needs and quality of our stay. They are easy to contact and respond quickly. Our unit is clean with easy access to the club house, pool, beaches and of course, the ocean. There was some construction which has greatly improved the exterior of the buildings. We will come stay next year. Many thanks!

Very nice Condo!

The Condo was very nice! The only problem was the construction going on and you took care of that nicely. I would suggest additional luggage carts, as there were none available upon our arrival.

Wonderful week

This is the 4th time we’ve rented thru Jan and Corey and we will continue to do so! We love the location, the parking, and beach service provided. We loved sitting out on the balcony through out our stay. There was construction going on during our stay and we barely noticed it. The condo was clean and the view was spectacular as usual! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Fabulous location

Great location with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Our unit was outdated, but very clean and pleasant to be in. I did miss a hot tub and heated pool. Unfortunately, we had unexpected construction during our stay which was quite noisy. However the management team did write to us when they became aware of the situation and did offer options because of the construction. Management was very fair and concerned for our vacation. Great to work with.

Absolutely Lovely!

We had an excellent time at The Beach House C204. Everything is nicely set up and decorated, and Jan is very helpful and thoughtful. There is a lot to do on site and in the area. Great restaurants, shopping, and close to church, state parks, & numerous other activities also. The only reason we'd say anything negative is so that it wouldn't be booked the next time we want to go!

Great location, HOA could improve service/communication

We enjoyed a much needed family vacation! Everything was nice and the owner very sweet and helpful. My only 2 concerns during our stay: 1. the HOA of this condo was sadly not up to par. Taking a vacation during Covid-19 season, The first thing we noticed when we entered the condo was a nasty, disgusting and heavily dirty air filter! The air filter of all things during this pandemic should have been cleaned thoroughly inside and out... instead we had to spend our own money and time to replace the filter and clean it out ourselves. We were told that the filters get changed once a month! That’s disgusting, especially during a pandemic!! 2. We literally had 2 men from the HOA barge in on us one morning, unannounced while we weren’t even dressed yet! They knocked and before I could even ask who it was they were already punching in the door code to let themselves in! This was a BIG invasion of privacy!! Apparently there was a sign in the elevator stating that pest control would be coming around to spray, we NEVER used the elevators so we had NO idea! So I guess if you don’t ride the elevator you could have many surprises during your stay! I’m still waiting for my refund for buying an air filter; I sent the owner a copy of my receipt. She apologized & said I should have called the HOA to come replace it. I didn’t even know that an HOA existed, no less would I waste my vacation time on that. Again, the owner was very sweet, just giving my two cents.

Beautiful beach location

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach House Condos. You couldn't ask for a better location, right on the beach with beach chairs included. The only issue we had was with the dryer on the last night we were there. The dryer stopped drying, and we didn't realize it until later in the evening. Unfortunately we had to lug some damp laundry home. Besides that everything else was nice.

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
