In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This chic Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, upgrades throughout, and a relaxing screened porch. The villa is about a 7-minute walk to the beach.

This second-floor Parkside villa provides high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Enjoy gathering in the living area, which offers a TV, comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, and access to the screened porch and deck. The living room flows into the dining area with seating for up to six guests. Recently renovated, this fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous custom cabinetry, and plenty of counter space.

The light-filled primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/Sanijet pipeless tub combo. The serene secondary bedroom has a king-sized bed that can also be converted to two twins, a TV, and convenient access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy relaxing surrounded by nature on either the screened porch or the lovely open-air deck. Offering coastal breezes and a sectional sofa with room for the whole family, the screened porch is sure to be a guest favorite.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and-high speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Great location if you’re running the Kiawah marathon

Convenient, on-island location which was perfect for the Kiawah Island marathon weekend. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed villa. Plenty of amenities and a very quiet location. Great for relaxing and hanging out with friends.

Anniversary Trip with Husband

This was our first trip to Kiawah and this was a great first impression. The condo is in a great location-- very easy bike or walk to the beach. Its very relaxing with all the trees around. The condo was nicely decorated as the photos show and overall comfortable. We are hoping to stay again next year!

Great spot!

Great location! 2nd floor, which I prefer as I don't like hearing footsteps above me. Great layout. Everything you need is in the condo. Needs new cushions/slip covers for the couches and chairs and the deck amd screened in porch are nice, but need a Spring cleaning. We hope to come back and would re-rent this condo for sure!

Property was as advertised. 10 minute walk to beach. Property manager was solid and the gear rental was nice. Of note, owners had beach chairs in covered screened porch (porch is a highlight). Would recommend

Quick mother daughter trip

The property is stunning, clean and just as pictured. Kiawah never disappoints and this rental afforded us great accommodations. Nicely appointed. The screened in porch was great, albeit chilly and a day of rain during our stay so we weren’t able to utilize it much. The beach chairs were a very nice touch. Akers Ellis does a wonderful job!

Nice... could be great

I'm a big fan of Akers Ellis after renting from them previously. This unit was very nice and could be great with some attention to cleaning the screened in porch and bug control, but other than that I still had a nice time and would stay here again.

Nicely decorated w/ screened porch

Nice, well-decorated space for a few days in Kiawah! Top floor, end unit. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there was good closet space. Space was fairly clean with a few exceptions - floors were a little dirty and the slipcovers on the chairs / sofa could use some cleaning. The walk to the beach was a little longer than anticipated (especially carrying beach gear there). Overall - would recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation property was consistent with the photos and was very clean and well appointed. The screened porch was great, and the layout of appliances and laundry were very convenient. All appliances were in good working order. Only a few potential improvements were noted; there was no wine opener and no spatulas in the kitchen but this is understandable after the summer vacation season. Glasses would be a nice addition vs. plastic cups. Beach access is a short walk over the bridge and through Windswept.

A great place for a getaway. The decor was beautiful and everything was clean. We especially loved the large screened in porch. Will definitely be back!
