Summary:
Stunningly designed holiday home is energy efficient, boasting privacy plus great views of the water. Taking advantage of natural light, utilising double-glazed windows and doors, the townhouse has the highest quality fittings and finishes throughout. An enjoyable 10-minute ramble will take you past the Blowhole to Ocean Esplanade (great restaurants) and Blackmans Bay beach. A quick walk or drive brings you to Bayview Market, perfect for stocking up during your holiday stay.
The Space:
This beautiful contemporary villa blends modern beachside style with comfort and elegance. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating there is reverse cycle air conditioning and floor heating.
Lower level provides 2 double bedrooms that extend to outdoors through large stacking sliding glass. The master bedroom features a large ensuite with floor heating. A generous study zone and a spacioussecond bathroom also with floor heating, frameless shower and oversized tub. The laundry with washing machine/clothes dryer are lalso located on the ground level.
Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The gourmet kitchen, featuring stone benchtops, soft-close cabinetry and on-trend tapware, will beckon the inner entertainer in you, while the balcony off the living area is perfect for summer. A third bedroom is at the end of the hall past the 3rd bathroom.

Guests have use of the entire space for the duration of the stay.
Other things to note
We provide freshly laundered towels for each guest. Each bed has fitted sheet, pillows and quilt. All linen is freshly laundered.

• The Beach Restaurant – Ocean Esplanade, Blackmans Bay. Casual restaurant with views offering a selection of seafood, pizza and grilled food.
• Jack Loves Red – Oceana Esplanade, Blackmans Bay. A great selection of breakfast options, sweet treats, burgers, pizza and seafood.
• Bombay on the Beach – Pearsall Avenue, Blackmans Bay. Authentic Indian Cuisine open 7 days for eat in meals or take away.
• Salty Dog – Beach Road, Kingston Beach. Restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor dining. Great local produce in a relaxed and pleasant environment
• Room 23 – Beach Road, Kingston Beach. Thai restaurant offering either eat in or take away. They also have a great breakfast menu.
Getting Around:
Its best if you have a car to explore the area and go further afield such as to the Huon Valley or Bruny Island
