Excellent stay. Amenities were more than listed. ie; in addition to kuerig also had coffee maker and French Press.Ground floor easy access and only 3 miles from airport. Made getting around with Uber easy and inexpensive.

Super clean pool and hot tub area! Everything as we hoped while visiting family in area. Especially loved the Arizona Humane Society and their cafe’ right across from us! Visited there twice!

We loved the location. The road wasn’t super busy so getting out of the place was fine. We loved the warm pool. It was busy most days but we still had space and chairs to lay out in. Bring your own beach towels though. The unit comes with 4 towels for the shower which was ok for our group. The unit was also really nice and everything seemed thought out. The master bed was comfy but the other bedroom was quite uncomfortable. The couch was also comfortable. The shower was a little weak but I’ve never had a good shower in Phoenix! The unit was clean and taken care of. Parking was convenient and close to the front of the property. Would recommend this place and would love to stay again! Thanks for having us

Wonderful place

Stayed with another couple. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect. The condo area was beautiful. Loved the hot tub and pool. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great communication with property owner, close to all major highways, minutes to airport. Easy check-in/check-out. Comfortable beds, great pool area. Smaller condo complex, which was nice wpuld definitely stay here again!as well.

My dad and I stayed here during spring training. It was wonderful! The community was great, really good location, and the pool/grounds were beautiful. Condo is very well-equipped with all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

Well situated and good value.

It wasn’t a 5 star but it was certainly clean comfortable and reasonable priced with good amenities. Would definitely consider this property in the future. Check in and communication with the property manager was seamless.

Central Location, nice property

We loved our location in Phoenix - next to the botanic garden and the zoo, and near a park with short hikes. It was 15 minutes to several other neighborhoods where we enjoyed restaurants and visiting friends. Also very convenient for Cubs spring training. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were crowded, but a range of people enjoying (families, children, seniors and younger adult groups). Overall, a great place from which to enjoy Phoenix.

Nice but expensive

The unit was pretty much as the pictures showed and very well appointed, but pretty expensive for a 13 day stay. Location was very close to the some of the top Phoenix attractions: Zoo, hole in the rock and botanic gardens. The owner was very responsive to a small problem we had, the television system was challanging for a couple of senior citizens.

Convenient and Comfortable

The place was what I expected from the listing and photos. My kids and I all had a really nice stay. Nothing was more than 15-20 minutes away, and the zoo is basically across the street. The pool was wonderful (and heated) so we were all swimming even when it was 65 degrees. Taking one star off because the kitchen floor was seemingly under construction and I would have expected to be told about that.

Not the best location

Owner was great to get a hold of however while staying there was construction happening EVERY morning so no enjoying the patio. License plates got stolen from condo parking lot so the area is not great. The property isn’t bad but zero security. The gate can obviously be entered by anyone needing stolen license plates. The condo owner was sympathetic and this was out of his control. The unit could use some updates. The decor is hodge lodge and the drains clogged every day. Bed was comfy.

That is obviously out of my control, but the good news is that earth moving is now complete. - Guests can also take advantage of the covered cabanas at the pool area to enjoy the outdoors. - I am very sorry about your experience with the license plates. That is rare and unfortunate, but there is security on site. - It is a gated community, but unfortunately, people sometimes still figure out how to get in. I apologize that your stay was impacted, a violation as such is never a pleasant experience. - The unit is updated as needed, and the decor can be seen in listing photos, so guests know what to expect before booking. I apologize again for the license plate situation, and I will continue to work hard to provide a relaxing stay for all future guests.

Unable to cancel 2.5 months in advance

I found out that my siblings weren’t coming with me so I no longer needed a 2 bed/2 bath. I tried to cancel back in August (2.5 months before my stay) and I wouldn’t have gotten refunded. The place was nice and mostly clean. The tv is old and slow. There is also no drain in the nice jetted tub so only showers can be taken. There was also a list of items that needed to be done prior to checking out (taking off bed sheets, running dishwasher, taking out trash) and it makes me wonder why there’s a cleaning fee if I’m doing part of the cleaning. It was a very large amount of money spent for the property to also have to do precleaning. Would not stay at the property again.

This was the perfect location for our family to take in spring training games, plus see the sights. Stayed for 5 days in blazing heat and our place was cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pond, swam in the pool at least 3 times and also used the weight room and game room to play pool. Pool table is a bit tired, and we had a dart board in property with darts that were too dull to throw. However, the swimming pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was also nice. The best part was it was quiet, safe, and we also enjoyed cooking here a few nights. The queen mattress is too firm (I'd call it hard but didn't sleep there) but I found the Cali king very comfortable. Had a little trouble finding our building when we got there but after that, it was fine. Would stay here again if we return.

Nice location. Listing needs to be updated and more accurate.

Listing showed a view from bottom deck. The only thing you could see was a huge wall being constructed which was very disappointing . Coffee maker did not work and no one would respond to our emails, messages or calls. Listing says gated community and filters all the pictures. The building is in an apartment building with hundreds of residents. The crowd at the pool was drunk and talking about doing ectasy. Thank goodness we hadn’t brought the kids! Space was clean and directly across from Papago park,zoo and botanical And super close to everything! Overall a decent stay .
