Super clean pool and hot tub area! Everything as we hoped while visiting family in area. Especially loved the Arizona Humane Society and their cafe’ right across from us! Visited there twice!

Wonderful place

Stayed with another couple. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect. The condo area was beautiful. Loved the hot tub and pool. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to all!

Great communication with property owner, close to all major highways, minutes to airport. Easy check-in/check-out. Comfortable beds, great pool area. Smaller condo complex, which was nice wpuld definitely stay here again!as well.

Great location and amenities

My dad and I stayed here during spring training. It was wonderful! The community was great, really good location, and the pool/grounds were beautiful. Condo is very well-equipped with all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and priced well, lots of amenities, good location. Clean and the Manager was very helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Well situated and good value.

It wasn’t a 5 star but it was certainly clean comfortable and reasonable priced with good amenities. Would definitely consider this property in the future. Check in and communication with the property manager was seamless.

Convenient and Comfortable

The place was what I expected from the listing and photos. My kids and I all had a really nice stay. Nothing was more than 15-20 minutes away, and the zoo is basically across the street. The pool was wonderful (and heated) so we were all swimming even when it was 65 degrees. Taking one star off because the kitchen floor was seemingly under construction and I would have expected to be told about that.

Central Location, nice property

We loved our location in Phoenix - next to the botanic garden and the zoo, and near a park with short hikes. It was 15 minutes to several other neighborhoods where we enjoyed restaurants and visiting friends. Also very convenient for Cubs spring training. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were crowded, but a range of people enjoying (families, children, seniors and younger adult groups). Overall, a great place from which to enjoy Phoenix.

Nice but expensive

The unit was pretty much as the pictures showed and very well appointed, but pretty expensive for a 13 day stay. Location was very close to the some of the top Phoenix attractions: Zoo, hole in the rock and botanic gardens. The owner was very responsive to a small problem we had, the television system was challanging for a couple of senior citizens.

Very nice condo. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. Maybe a new mattress? Otherwise, everything was okay. It was a nice “home away from home”

Unable to cancel 2.5 months in advance

I found out that my siblings weren’t coming with me so I no longer needed a 2 bed/2 bath. I tried to cancel back in August (2.5 months before my stay) and I wouldn’t have gotten refunded. The place was nice and mostly clean. The tv is old and slow. There is also no drain in the nice jetted tub so only showers can be taken. There was also a list of items that needed to be done prior to checking out (taking off bed sheets, running dishwasher, taking out trash) and it makes me wonder why there’s a cleaning fee if I’m doing part of the cleaning. It was a very large amount of money spent for the property to also have to do precleaning. Would not stay at the property again.

Nice location. Listing needs to be updated and more accurate.

Listing showed a view from bottom deck. The only thing you could see was a huge wall being constructed which was very disappointing . Coffee maker did not work and no one would respond to our emails, messages or calls. Listing says gated community and filters all the pictures. The building is in an apartment building with hundreds of residents. The crowd at the pool was drunk and talking about doing ectasy. Thank goodness we hadn’t brought the kids! Space was clean and directly across from Papago park,zoo and botanical And super close to everything! Overall a decent stay .

Clean and convenient

Clean, efficient condo with all necessary appliances. Decent workspace for WFH. Pool area was nice Short drive to downtown Tempe and ASU.

Descent Place in Great Location

My wife and I stayed with another couple at this spot. Here is some of our thoughts on the things that really stuck out... Great things would include: Great Location (can get to PHX, Scottsdale and Tempe all within about 10 minutes), Nice complex (nice pools, hot tub, exercise room, gated community), Super Responsive Owner that answered questions fast. Not so great things would include: Sinks in both bathrooms don’t drain well, Main bathroom shower didn’t get warm (bedroom bath did) and we killed a Cockroach crawling across kitchen floor (didn’t see another). Something is getting built next door and patio is basically off limits because of noise and dust. Again, great location, great complex and great owner but the actual place needs some deep cleaning and improvements. Would recommend staying here IF things are improved.

Not the best location

Owner was great to get a hold of however while staying there was construction happening EVERY morning so no enjoying the patio. License plates got stolen from condo parking lot so the area is not great. The property isn’t bad but zero security. The gate can obviously be entered by anyone needing stolen license plates. The condo owner was sympathetic and this was out of his control. The unit could use some updates. The decor is hodge lodge and the drains clogged every day. Bed was comfy.

Cozy but with slight issue.

The whole stay was nice and cozy, the amenities were good and the location was very good. The only complaint was that the sinks in both bathrooms were clogged and it took a very long time to drain. I texted the owner but no reply. Also, the bed in the smaller bedroom kept on sliding so sitting upright against the wall was not possible. Other than that, the place was nice and the location was perfect, close to the airport.

Awesome location!!!

Great location, clean, quiet, easy to enter and exit. We felt safe. I would recommend this rental to everyone and plan to book it for my next trip to Phoenix.
