Modern Guest House with Access to Private Pool! Great Central Location!

Beautiful modern guest house located in the heart of north Phoenix! Quick drive to Old-town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and centered between nearly every Spring Training stadium! This location allows you to see and do it all!

House sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably and offers additional baby/kid-friendly accommodations.

The guest house sits at the back of the main property offering privacy and a quiet environment. This is a separate unit with private access on the side of the property.

**POOL***
We provide access to our private pool as an additional amenity! The pool is located on the main property, so we ask that guests prearrange pool/yard time to ensure the yard is set up and guests have private use. We are typically able to accommodate short notice for use but do ask guests to plan as far in advance as possible.

The pool is available from 9am - 8pm for up to 3-hour blocks of time.

Only confirmed guests are allowed to access the pool.

The pool is heated and available for the majority of the year, however:
**DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE DEC - JAN.**

AGreat location, super private and quiet guest house and neighborhood, wonderfully decorated and appointed interior, sparkling clean throughout. Host provides everything you might need plus many thoughtful extras and responds quickly to communications. This place is now my #1 go to in Phoenix and I will definitely be back!

Very nice , clean , comfortable . Only thing was scheduling of the pool . But it was understandable with their child and dog living at property . I just might not of booked this property if I would have known access to the pool was limited and by schedule . But we made it work and were very comfortable

Perfect place to stay!

This desert oasis was perfect for our trip for a mom, Mommom, and a 2 year old. Directions were very concise and the home was easy find. Everything you need is there and if you want more there are tons of restaurants and stores a minute away (literally). One of the bedrooms has the ability to have either two twin beds or put together as one big bed so it’s very versatile depending on your parties needs. If you are traveling with a little under 2 there are kid necessities like a pack and play, booster seat, and more! Amanda was very responsive before and during our stay, making us that much more comfortable. We traveled with my autistic 2 year old for a specialist appointment and we were so happy to find that she adapted so well to this little home. The Jack and Jill style bathroom was perfect for her to do her pacing circles! The pool was absolutely beautiful and has a ledge area for kids to play. This home surpassed all expectations and we will definitely be returning to stay for future medical appointments!

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It feels like a separate space from the owners' house, but they were very responsive if we had any questions. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well designed.

Would recommend

Clean, quiet neighborhood, the hostess is very responsive and accommodating. It is a bit of a drive if you're looking to head into the city but it was good for us as all we did was golf around Scottsdale. If im ever in Phoenix again, no doubt I'll be staying here again.

Very clean property. Nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I had perfect weather but guesthouse was well equipped with new AC units in every room for hotter days. Thanks for the stay!

Clean and well stocked

Very clean and nicely stocked with bottled water, coffee pods, laundry soap, lots of towels and blankets. Great 12 day stay with gated parking in nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Appreciated the interior design elements and the quiet guest house.
