Great apartment. Well appointed, clean and clearly well maintained. Only issue was that the pool was out of actio the whole time we were there - but once raised they quickly offered compensation which we accepted.

The house was as pictured. We did have a slight issue getting in. Wasn’t familiar with that type of lock but Ray was helpful and responsive with that. We did our grocery/supply shopping before checking in. The only thing we were missing was dishwasher soap and laundry soap. I assumed that would be provided. The location was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool most days.

Lovely condo

This was our first time staying in this unit, and we will stay here again! It is recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean. Flooring, furniture and appliances are new, the location is very convenient to everything in East Naples and the area is quiet. The unit has a lovely view of the pool and nature reserve. The host was quick to respond to our questions (of which we didn’t have many). A very good experience overall!

This was a great place to stay if you want quiet, safe, clean, spacious condo. Bed was comfortable and there was everything we needed for anything including a day at the beach. Close to a Publix and several other stores and restaurants.

Clean and Well Equipped

The condo is exactly as the pictures show. The unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We did not use the pool but saw many using it and enjoying the loungers. Parking is easy and elevator right to unit.

Listing is poorly represented

There was a smell when we walked in the condo and it was obvious the condo had not been properly cleaned. The couch and decorative pillows on the couch are stained. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and the dining room chairs were stained. The dining room chair, against the wall, has a very loose front leg. The soap dispenser for the washer was not clean. There was a buildup of lint and residue in the rubber seal of the dryer. We cleaned it out; however, it is too coated. There were small, tiny bugs around the condo, including in the dryer The bed sheets and bed covers were stained. We washed all the bed sheets and bed covers before we went to sleep the first night which was very unexpected after a long drive from Canada. The primary bedroom pillows were stained. We had to purchase new pillows; an expense we were not expecting. The dishware, cutlery and utensils were dirty, and the cutlery and utensil drawer have food crumbs inside the drawer. The cookware was dirty. The plastic coating on the inside of the pot was found in the water when we cooked pasta. Due to the condition of the cookware, we were forced to eat our meals at restaurants; an expense we were not expecting. After we cleaned out all of the crumbs inside the toaster, it was hygienic enough to use. The cooking utensils and the paper towel holder were rusted. The glassware was dirty and disorganized. We put all of the dishware, glassware and cutlery in the dishwasher the first night we arrived...etc

Great Experience

You can't go wrong staying in the Coral Falls condo on the Lely resort. The unit has all the things to enjoy a great vacation...beach chairs, umbrella, portable cooler and towels for the beach, as well as bikes to ride around the beautiful neighborhood. You are close to both Naples and Marco Island beaches to enjoy both during your stay. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

Enjoyed a lovely week here in December 2023. Everything worked well. The king bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the 2 beds in the second bedroom are short so only for guests under 5’9”. Looking forward to going back.

Comfortable South Naples Condo

Condo has a lovely view from the lanei of the pool and surrounding gardens and the preserve flanking the back of the property and offered a comfortable stay close to many amenities in south Naples, including Marco Island.

Great Stay!

This condo is in a great location! The grounds are clean and beautiful. The condo was clean, exactly as advertised, had SUPER comfy beds (especially the bed in the primary bedroom) and was fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach! I had to contact the property manager for a small item and the response was prompt and quick action was taken. It’s on the top floor, but no worries.. there’s an elevator (that we did not know existed until day #5…LOL). Nice restaurants, grocery and coffee shops close by (walking distance). You’ll enjoy your stay!

Spring Break

This property was perfect for our family of 4 -- including 2 teenage daughters. The bikes were a bonus (Starbucks and Tropical Smoothie Cafe both were a short bike ride (or long walk) away; lots of beach towels and beach gear came with the condo; check in/out and communication were a breeze; twin beds in the extra bedroom worked well for us; kitchen had all essentials -- plus a few staples (like coffee filters, sugar, zip lock bags) that were a bonus. We had a problem with the A/C at 9:00 pm on Sunday night -- repairman showed up at 8:00 am the next morning to get it back up and running. That was impressive and speaks to the attentiveness of the property managers/owners. Overall we were impressed with this unit and definitely recommend it.
