Beautiful waterfront cottage on Fairy Lake in the heart of Muskoka just 2.5 hours north of Toronto and 10 minutes from the town of Hunstville. Enjoy the entire cottage. Perfect for family or couples, this beautifully situated cottage has stunning views year round, features 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1.5 baths, an open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. Wake up to a stunning view of the lake, enjoy your coffee from an impressive dock or from the stillness of a kayak. Take in a breath of fresh air and relax on the spacious walk out deck. Enjoy sitting around the outdoor fire pit, swimming, kayaking, walking and playing lawn games. Even though you will be close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, hiking trails, provincial parks, and fabulous golfing, once you arrive, you won’t want to leave.

This cottage has been a 20 year passion for me, it was build new and I have enjoyed keeping it updated and looking beautiful for my family and friends. I am told by many that it is very unique to be able to have a property so close to the water and with such beautiful views. I love watching my friends and guests soak up the sun and beauty of the waterfront. I have many years of experience in customer service, I own and operate a physiotherapy clinic. More recently I spend my time camera in hand as a wildlife photographer in the Hunstville area as well as in Algonquin Park.

This updated cottage is situated on a beautiful quiet bay and on a beautiful road. Historically a potato farm, this property is largely grass covered with large mature trees and areas for kids to play. When I purchased this property my wish list included in this order, lots of sun, with shade, great waterfront and in a beautiful quiet spot with great neighbours.

The outside space and waterfront is very special. 3 - 5 feet deep off the dock, perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating or just taking a dip to cool off. Comfortable beds ( I am a physiotherapist :) and plenty of comfortable outside and inside seating areas. When you arrive, I would like you to see yourself having a morning coffee on the dock in the Muskoka chairs, reading a book on the deck, soaking up some sun on the lawn chairs, having drinks and dinner around the outside table and ending the evening with a roaring fire. Fresh air, peaceful days, and quiet evenings.
