Immerse yourself, at Ubuntu De La Villa. Located minutes from Ocho Rios in Palm View Estate; a gated community. This fully equipped private estate oasis offers a serene homestead in beautiful Jamaica.
This ideal location is just minutes away from attractions such as Dunn's River, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Konoko Falls and Mystic Mountain plus many more hidden gems. The Villa is superbly located for easy access to shopping. At Ubuntu De La Villa, our guests’ comfort is our top priority.
Ubuntu De La Villa is a very short drive to Bamboo Blu Beach; a beautiful, semi-private, white sand beach. Bamboo Blu is a landmark restaurant and venue for ultimate relaxation, privacy, and private parties and always lives up to its reputation as a one-of-a-kind, relaxing, and beautiful venue for locals & tourists alike. Other beaches to consider when at Ubuntu De La Ville are The Cove, Fantasy, and Flavors Beach which are within a 5-10 minutes drive.
This upscale villa is light, airy, and fully equipped to provide up to 8 guests with the perfect vacation. We have all the amenities for a convenient and enjoyable home away from home. Each room in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Villa is well furnished to accommodate two adults comfortably in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The two living room spaces also accommodate an additional 4 adults comfortably with 2 sofa beds.
A full kitchen, with accessories, is available including a microwave, a toaster oven, and a coffee maker.
In the backyard, enjoy lounge chairs, backyard furnishing, and a gazebo.
Spend your days relaxing at the community pool or strolling around the spacious well-maintained Estate.
A fee per night will be charged for additional guests and is not listed on the guest agreement.
Only guests listed on the booking can access the property. Small private gatherings with friends and family only. NO EVENT PARTIES. Guests are expected to maintain the property as if it were their own. Upon check out, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Take excess garbage to the garbage facility located to the left of the property. While at the pool, do not leave garbage behind. Place in the garbage bin provided.

Prior to check-in, a code will be sent to the number provided on your booking as well as through this platform.

I stayed with my family while on vacation. The house is incredible, just as the photos, super large spaces and very clean. Our host was super attentive and friendly as well. Its a 10’ drive to the ocho rios center beach. It has a supermarket and gas station nearby as well.

Spacious villa

Good size villa for 5 adults, useful courtyard for drying clothes and a pleasant g/f veranda that offers a pretty aspect and 1st floor balcony off master bedroom offering a similar view.

Heroes Weekend Getaway

Overall the stay was great. Shernett was very responsive and responded to our little issue quickly. The place was comfortable and well appointed. The location was ideal for our itinerary that weekend. I would definitely recommend for others to book.

Wonderfully peaceful large home

Our stay at this house was awesome! The host was very communicative, answered any questions quickly, even gave us suggestions for local salons for our daughter. The stay was very peaceful and serene, the neighbors were super friendly. The pool was a nice oasis away from the bustle of the city only five minutes away. We would definitely recommend to anyone. Our rooms were soooo much nicer than the ones our friends stayed in at a nearby resort.

perfect week

We had a wonderful week here at Ubuntu. The Home was set up beautifully. I especially appreciated everything the kitchen had in order to prepare meals . The beds and linens made our nights comfortable and sound . The living area was spacious and we felt right at home, we enjoyed just relaxing in the home or poolside on days that we weren't exploring all the near by beaches and attractions. The location of this modern complex is near a main road which makes it easy to grab a taxi and if you have a car there is parking in front of the home. The host was lovely and checked up on us through out our stay. We will stay here whenever we are in Ochi. Thank you again! Catarina

Our children look forward to visiting our family vacation home, Ubuntu De La Villa where they can often be found relaxing by the pool. They enjoy visiting local attractions and restaurants such as Plantation Steakhouse, Dunn’s River, local beaches, and fresh food from the local markets. Showing Jamaica to our guests is one of our favorite things to do. We look forward to hosting you on your next and future visits to Jamaica.
