Enjoyed the place immensely! Domenic as our host was excellent, great communication. Place has everything: new appliances/location/cleanliness. Neighborhood was very safe, convenient access to major streets. Would 100% stay again.

Bonita treat - a great home

We loved our stay at this holiday home.It was very clean and had everything we needed. Getting to the beach was easy, there were beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for the little one.The location was central and easy to get any place we wanted to go. Farmers market on Sunday is around the corner. Many restaurants within walking distance too.We can’t wait to return.

Great house - fantastic location.

Golf weekend with friends. Clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the beach. Easy, hassle free check in with excellent communication throughout our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Great property and wonderful owners!

The house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and offers all the amenities. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and many more by a short drive. The owners were responsive and so friendly, providing suggestions to local restaurants and actives. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Great location and very clean home

Although our stay was only 2 people, my wife and I loved this place. The home has updated amenities and everything is very comfortable. We did not prepare food at the house but is has everything needed even a outdoor grill. We would highly recommend this location thank you!

Beautiful home

Had a great time. Home was beautiful, clean and laid out well. It was updated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make a delicious home cooked meal.The yard was big and had a covered patio swing table and chairs and places to soak up the sun.There was a grill and comfy patio seating too.The owner even provided beach towels and chairs.I plan to stay there again when in the area.

Bonita Springs Gem

My family and l had a wonderful time at this house. It was centrally located to all we wanted to see and do. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning, but the owner got the problem resolved quickly. If I'm ever back in Bonita Springs l will definitely see about staying here again.

House with no Hurricane Damage

Clean, well equipped and close to beaches and trails and many other fun things to do for the entire family. The only downside it is adjacent to a busy street. We would certainly come back again though.

Wonderful time in a lovely property—felt like home

My father and I stayed 11 nights in early Feb and we had a great time. Highly recommended. Domenic (the owner) was fantastic and extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very nice and had all we needed (and a lot more!). Clean, spacious, and updated with lots of new appliances. TV had access to thousands of channels, including many international channels (we are Italian). Large backyard, several bikes, and beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, beach towels). My father is 91 and very picky, and he was impressed—cannot give a higher assessment. The Bonita Springs area is low key and quiet. I have visited before, so knew what to expect. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian hit the Bonita Beach area pretty hard (Domenic’s house had no damage). My favorite state park beaches were closed—Barefoot; Delnor-Wiggins; Lovers Key. Access to the Bonita beach area was also limited. It may take the rest of 2023 to recover. So, we went toward Naples, which has progressed further, like Vanderbilt Beach, Clam Pass, and Lowdermilk Park were all very nice, and we spent most time at Lowdermilk, despite being about 25 minutes away. There are many nice places to eat close by. Mostly, we would do take out and eat at home, given my father’s age. De Romo’s is a nice Italian market and restaurant, Enzo’s is good. Doug’s seafood is fresh and simple, Aji Limon is great Peruvian, Zorba is half decent Greek, Grandpa’s is NY style pizza. So, great place and highly recommended. Can’t wait to return!

Bonita Springs 2022

We went there for a family wedding. Not sure of what to expect in the area, since hurricane Ian had hit that area 2 months before. The house was CLEAN, well stocked with everything you would need on a beach vacation (bikes, cooler for beach, beach chairs etc.). It was nicely decorated with beach theme, updated furniture, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and well stocked kitchen. Domenic, the host, was great! Very easy to work with to make our stay comfortable. Responded quickly with answering questions, gave restaurant recommendations and places to visit. Even contacted us to make sure we were ok, when Florida Power went down in the area for an hour.

Beautiful, clean house. Helpful owners!

Our family of 6 had a great stay at this house in Bonita Springs. Close to beaches and other cool attractions like Estero Island. The owners stayed in contact with us, letting us know the house was ready for us earlier than expected and even offering to let us stay an extra day at no extra charge! The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay - extra blankets, plenty of towels, and chairs and beach bags for day trips to the ocean. Home is beautifully decorated, well taken care of, clean, inviting, and safe. We thought the beds were comfortable. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier too. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Absolute Gem In Bonita Springs

There are just way too many good things to say about this property, definitely a home away from home. Domenic and his family were very accessible and assured us to reach out of anything was needed, luckily, nothing was. Everything was very organized and available to us, they literally thought of everything. Plenty of linens. Updated, beautifully decorated, comfortable and very well stocked with anything you may need. The home is absolutely gorgeous, CLEAN, positive energy. Good location yet private! Beautiful beaches are just 10 mins away, beach chairs and towels provided, HUGE plus for out-of-town guests. The patio area was very warm and inviting. Great, quiet neighborhood. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are literally 2-10mins away. Close proximity to RSW. Looking forward to my next trip to Bonita Springs just to stay in this gorgeous home. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home to us!

Great experience!

Our family had a great stay! When we walked in the place was so fresh and clean!! The decor was very modern and cozy. Comfy beds, huge TV’s, fully equipped kitchen/laundry, nice big table, and beautiful couches. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio and appreciated the fluffy towels and super soft rug in the master. The bathrooms were adorable and the hot water lasted through two teenage daughters when we came back from the beach and all needed to get ready for the night!! Minutes from beautiful Barefoot Beach…we can’t wait to come back!!!!

Great area - Super Clean and comfortable

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Our host Dominik was very accessible and reached out before our stay to see if we needed anything special and provided detailed entry instructions. The house itself was extremely clean and was furnished well. We were close to the beach and their are a host of restaurants within walking distance. We truly felt at home in this wonderful house.

Great location! Clean and Domenic was an extremely gracious and helpful host

We were looking for a booking in Naples when we saw this listing. We didn’t know about Bonita Shores but we do now. The beach is a bike ride away (bikes provided by owner) and are the best beaches in the Naples area. Bonita Beach was beautiful and we watched the spectacular sunsets every night of our stay. Barefoot beach was just as nice. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated and everything appeared brand new. We only cooked one night but all the cookware and appliances needed were there. The location allowed us to walk to restaurants, mini golf and ice cream every night. I can’t say enough about how helpful and kind our host Domenic was. We will be back!
