Welcome to The Sandpiper! This stunning beach retreat will have you never wanting to go back home. With tons of renovations and high-end finishes, this classic Florida-style cottage has it all!

With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, up to 10 guests can sleep comfortably. The private pool and stone's throw proximity to the beach are perfect whether you're craving relaxing days by the pool or soaking up sun on the white sandy beaches. A very short walk on Hutchinson street to Camille's Cafe for a cup of coffee as you walk down the beach to catch the sunrise, sandwiches and fresh seafood for dinner.

Enjoy all the conveniences of home - in paradise!

The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room with sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with 1 king bed. Two comfortable rockers are waiting for you on the front porch...a relaxing place to sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The side entrance features a shower where you can rinse the sand off after a sunny day at the beach, come in, and grab a cool drink from the wine fridge leading to the kitchen.

On the second floor you'll enjoy two master suites; one with a king bed and gorgeous en suite bathroom, and a second with a king bed, daybed with trundle, and a private bathroom as well. Off the primary master suite is a balcony that runs the entire width of the front of the home.

The private pool is located on the northwest corner of the property and provides a shaded area along with plenty of space to sunbathe in and out of the pool. Don't worry, during the chillier days you can still enjoy it because we'll have this beautiful pool heated for you upon your request for an additional cost of $50 per day or $350 per week, plus tax. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire length of stay. This home also has access to a community pool (heated in March and April only). And, of course, there’s a gas grill on site for your use. Pool is roughly 25 x12 with a 5 foot depth at the deepest end.

Just a four minute stroll from the front entrance of the home is the public beach access with a pavilion, picnic tables, and restrooms. Your vacation home is complete with beach chairs, umbrella, toys and a wagon, so you'll be ready to enjoy the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast. Also within walking distance are many stores and restaurants featuring the freshest Gulf catches!

The sought-after community of Crystal Beach is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, known for it's quaint and quiet atmosphere and Southern hospitality.

The only problem we had, was it had even more than we anticipated in the house from the listing, which is a great problem. If ever going back to Destin, it will be a Frangista property

Outstanding Experience From Start to Finish

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. This was easily our best experience with VRBO. The property is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and immaculately clean. Having a pool, a short walk to the beach, and several walking options for shopping and dining was wonderful. More than just the property and amenities, the hosts of this VRBO went above and beyond to answer questions, proactively reach out, and make absolute certain our stay was wonderful. I give this experience six stars out of five and I’m exceptionally picky. Thus is a an absolute find!

Great spot.

House was ready and super clean. The location was a few blocks to the beach and we enjoyed using the umbrella and chairs along with beach toys. The pool was small but nice. Being on the corner lot was a bit loud on a few nights. The porches were very relaxing. Overall really nice.

Amazing Stay

A few days before the trip the management company reached out about construction at the house right next to the one we rented. They offered us a different house (much better with many more extras) at no additional charge. They updated everything quickly with no extra hassle for us. They also communicated quickly by text and were extremely helpful. The location of the house we originally rented and the new one was PERFECT and extremely close to everything!

The only thing I would have liked was we were in the downstairs bedroom and it didn’t have a ceiling fan so maybe keeping a fan in the closet for people if they would like to use one. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely, comfortable and close to the beach. The kids loved the pool and my brother in law loved the horse shoe pit. I loved the balcony off the upstairs bedroom. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. It was really nice to have the beach set up during the busy spring break time, we knew we already had a spot. The driveway definitely only holds 2 cars. We had 2 trucks which worked but was a little tight. We didn’t end up renting a cart which was good since it would not have fit in the driveway with the trucks.

Great Pool Area and Close to the Beach

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and the property managers were so nice and responded quickly. During our stay the beach wagon broke and they brought us a brand new one that evening. The walk to the beach was very easy, a straight walk and less than 5 minutes. The beach was so beautiful too! We were here during a very busy spring break week so there was more traffic noise next to the pool area than on a non busy week. Luckily I brought a bluetooth speaker and we tried to drown out some of the traffic noise with music. The storage for the pool/beach toys needs a little TLC and organization. One perk to this property was the owner provided two beach chairs and an umbrella already set up at the beach. That made it nice because we already had a spot claimed at the busy beach. There are a lot of great restaurants and shopping areas close by which we enjoyed during our stay. I was very impressed with the Frangista Beach Property managers and we would recommend their company to anyone!

It's a straight shot to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk) and it was so easy to get onto the main road that has all the restaurants and shopping in the area. The beach was awesome and the water was so beautiful. The house itself was the perfect amount of space for our family. The decor was awesome and the pool, fire pit and porches were huge pluses for all of us! We love that it included beach and pool toys as well as chairs to take to the beach. The bedrooms were so comfortable for all of us! We originally thought they'd want to stay in the bunk room but ended up choosing the upstairs bedroom that had the daybed and trundle bed in addition to the King bed. They loved it! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great Time with the Spring Breakers!

We were blessed with sharing the beautiful Crystal Beach community with loads of sorority and fraternity friends who were on spring break from college. But it was all in good fun and there was no unreasonable partying going on. The area continued to offer it's amazing peaceful beach setting especially in the early morning when my grandson and I took walks enjoying the picket fences and dodging the automatic sprinkler systems. We paid to heat the pool and LOVED that! Unlike the ocean water, our pool was perfect on the cool days. We also enjoyed the front porch, and the outdoor fireplace adirondacks. And we LOVED the beach service!! We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked, and with the cleanliness of the house. There are a few quirky things like where the switches are for the lights--and the fact that the primary (or master)bedroom is the one that sleeps extras on the trundle (so my daughter and granddaughers got it instead of us). William was super easy to work with and very attentive to our minimal needs. We were impressed with the app Frangista properties uses and with the personal attention we received coming and going. Great experience! And would definitely rent from Frangista again!
