You're just a short walk from the Breckenridge Nordic Center and a quick shuttle ride to the base of Peak 8 or town. In the winter, you can be on the slopes in minutes and in summer take advantage of nearby hiking, walking and biking trails and the private outdoor barbecue. This is a perfect getaway for both summer or winter. Featured amenities include on-site laundry facilities. The Peak 8 complex is located in a wooded setting with mountain views and ample parking.

Good location close to town

The rental unit was nice size for 4 people and kitchen updated with nice size living room tv. Good location near town. Building walls are very thin so we were able to hear the dogs below us barking and neighbors upstairs late at night. Rental could have been cleaned better before arrival. Lots of dust, crumbs in refrigerator and dog hairs around. Building manager was very friendly, we met him multiple times while staying.

Perfect location

This condo is perfectly located on Ski Hill Rd just below the Peak 8 lodge. The free shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your front door. Once inside, the kitchen and living space is very welcoming. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. Parking is very convenient and spaces were always available. We will look to stay here again without doubt.
