St. Anton holiday lettings

Hi, We spent 11 nights at this place. Overall a great place, Mammoth and the Accommodation, it worked well for our group of 4. Tonnes of space. I do have some issues to report though, 1) however, “ski in ski out” isn’t really a fair shout. You have to walk approximately 800m (5 to 10 mins) to the ski lifts. Not a big deal, but if you’ve stayed ski in and ski out in Europe, it means it. 2) The management company looking after this place were poor. Not the owners fault, but a real issue if you need them. We had two issues and they were a complete let down on both. Firstly, the fire place didn’t work, leaving the place too cold. Secondly, the lock for the hot tub gate didn’t work. The key fitted, but the lock just turned doing nothing. We called the management company, but couldn’t get through. Left 3 messages before they finally called us back. They offered no support at all, indicating it wasn’t their issue. Their excuse was that they have over 200 houses to look after and were too busy to help us!! Really, get more staff then.! Further, they had the cheek to tell us they did not appreciate our complaint as we were not staying in a hotel, they were not responsible for the hot tub key or making sure that things worked, quoted terms and conditions and hung up on us. Some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced . If I was the owner, I would sack this management company and change to a smaller company who cares. They were a complete let down. We managed to sort the fire place with a local guy whose number was in the info book. He was great, all the management company had to do was call him. No luck on the hot tub, complete fail. Shame to leave this feedback and it’s no reflection on the owner or the house / location. Just a very poor management company.
