This light and bright 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom home has endless mountain views and scenery perfect for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes! This townhome is located in the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Mammoth. The main open plan living level is equipped with a large leather couch and chairs, 50" flatscreen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and forced air heating. The large windows throughout offer natural light to flood into both the living and dining areas. The updated kitchen has ample space and is fully stocked for making family dinners. The home has hardwood flooring throughout, and a private laundry room with washer and dryer gets the chores done. The master bedroom with new furniture on the main level boasts a King bed with Serta mattress, 27" flatscreen TV, and private newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower with tile. The second bedroom, also on the main level, has a Queen bed with a Twin rollaway bed in the closet, and a 27" flatscreen TV, with access to the shared hallway bathroom. The loft upstairs features a King bed and a private full bathroom! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted (one dog upon approval). There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great property, 15-20 steep steps to enter property, but better to be upstairs in a duplex condo. Access to town shuttles great and walking path to the enchanted forest behind the golf course a great walk, especially with a dog. Will definitely stay again.

Close to town but not too close.Only thing that was not so beautiful was that my son found linen to not quite be clean in loft bedroom. Paw print and urine stain, with slight odor. (May still have been washed, but stained?)Window in the master had drafts which were only noticed due to heavy storm with snowfall and lower temps.Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials and again very clean. Overall stay was great!

Perfect

As a group of 6 people we really enjoy our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and your daily habits. When I was booking this rental I didn’t noticed that the bedroom upstairs is actually an open area and that’s the only downside of it. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

Better than expected

Fully equiped kitchen and bar area which allowed the family to whip up wonderful dinners and desserts. All appliances were new and functional. Quality furniture. Had humidifiers which helped. Great for mature families.

The rooms had nice warm bedding and everything was very clean. I highly recommend this property.

Practically Snowed in

This was a lovely property with plenty of room which was great since we stayed during a massive snow storm. With 3 adult couples it was nice for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The loft room is cute but not very private FYI. We enjoyed having a fire place and loved having our pup with us. The property management did a great job keeping the roads and pathways as clear as possible.

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed the outside deck for breakfasts and evening wine and cheese. The only criticisms would be the television in the living room is small and outdated. Cooking utensils as well as pots and pans need replacing.

I was traveling with my sister, who has a disability, so this was more than a simple inconvenience. They should let people be aware of this issue - include a photo of the stairs, it matters to some guests.

We really appreciate that this unit allowed our dog to stay as well, we all had a great time. Location was very convenient to Mammoth Lakes, Convict Lake, June Lakes & Yosemite. Only suggestions I have are to include a cast iron skillet (Teflon pans were peeling) and an extra towel or two in the kitchen. Other than that the kitchen was well appointed. Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice stay here. Very well appointed with pretty views and each bedroom essentially has its own bathroom which was nice. The Snowcreek 5 area is nice and close to walking trails with a nice layout that feels more roomy than some complexes.This is a second story unit, so if a set of stairs isn’t your thing, it might not be for you. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, clean property

plenty of parking, beautiful views, property clean and well stocked. Good selection of board games! We couldn't get the tv to work but not a major issue and we sent an email to the property and received a very timely response. Only feedback is being able to access the property using a key pad/door entry would be easier. Would eliminate a stop to pick up and return the key, plus eliminate the key possibly getting misplaced. But again no big deal, especially considering how nice the property and location are!

Our condo was perfect except for one important recommendation: to replace the guest bedroom mattress! It’s an old spring mattress with a hard piece of foam- badly needs updating! Clean, spacious, convenient unit

This was a clean, spacious unit that accommodated our family with four adults, a 3 year old, and a toddler. We needed to gate the stairs to the entrance and to the loft but that was expected and we brought the gates. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room. We had a nice view of the mountains. The only minor drawbacks were 15 steep steps from the entrance to the living area. Also, like many VRBO's, the unit was stocked with cheapest available paper products and small appliances like the coffee maker. Overall, a wonderful place for a decent price in a good Mammoth Lakes location.

Pet Friendly, Spacious Rental in a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and the location was great. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the mattress in the downstairs guest bedroom left a bit to be desired. Also, all of the beds had a sheet and light blanket and there were no extra blankets. Management said that housekeeping was too busy and would do their best to provide extra blankets, but we never received any.

Great Family Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second stay at this unit. Great location. Upstairs so you won't be bothered by hearing ski boots trampling on the floor. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Main bedroom bed is comfortable and medium firm. Second bedroom on main floor needs a new bed. Two people sink to the middle like on a hammock. Will definitely rent this unit again.
