Overlooking the 7th hole at Pointe Royale Golf Course, this spacious loft-style condo is your relaxing home base just minutes from Branson’s lakes, shows, and shopping.

This cozy condo is located just off Fall Creek Drive in a quiet, well-kept community. While the location offers peaceful golf course views, you're just 7 minutes from the 76 Strip, two miles from Table Rock Dam and Moonshine Beach, and less than 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City via the scenic Hwy 265 bypass.

Please note: Our unit is up one flight of exterior covered stairs and is not elevator accessible. We’re next to Pointe Royale Golf Course but not part of the resort, so pool/clubhouse access is not included.

Great stay

What a great place! Very comfortable condo that made us feel at home! We already made plans to come back. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to everything.

Great stay

We had a great time! Location was easy to find, and only a short drive to the strip. Everything was clean and as described. Loved having the self check in as we didnt arrive until about 10 pm. Host was prompt in sending any info that we needed.

Quick Branson Vacay

We came to Branson for the Miracle of Christmas play at Sight and Sound Theater. This condo was in a great location, quiet yet close to activities. Condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving in Branson

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Two bedroooms with two baths was a nice size for four adults. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare breakfasts before we headed out to see a show or explore attractions in the area. We were located a short distance from Highway 76, so nothing was too far away. We would stay here again.

Location

Great location and price was reasonable. I would say that it is more of a family condo instead of 2 couples. The loft did not provide much privacy.

Wonderful location

It was a quiet spot away from the all the action, but great accessibility when you wanted it! Nice property with all the amenities and then some. Host was very helpful and very responsive! Great little Mexican restaurant nearby! We were very happy with our visit and staying there.

Very nice for the price.

It was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony with our morning coffee. The owner kept in touch while we were there in case we needed something. Would stay again.

Clean and quite

The condo is mixed in with other rentals and permanent residents. During our stay it was pretty quite and people were friendly. As for the condo itself, it was clean and worked well for a family of 2 adults 3 kids. There is a downstairs bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs is a bed in the loft with a bathroom. The loft is open to the living room. The two beds were fairly comfortable with numerous pillow options. The sofa bed is your typical set up and I wouldnt recommended for anyone but small children. The mattress is thinner and your going to feel the bars. Our kids were around 50 pounds and didn't complain. The condo is well stocked with items about anything you will need is there. Each sleeping area has its own tv. The lights in most of the ares are dimmable. The only flaws were / was the upstairs vent is broken and its hard to adjust without putting something in the vent slot to keep it open. The living room vent points straight down on the sofa bed. The A/C works well and even when the vent was closed you can feel the air blowing on you. I would recommend a differnt vent to where it pushes to the sides or can be adjusted to where it doesn't blow on the sofabed if not desired. Overall a nice place to stay.

Weekend get away

We made a quick trip to Branson to visit Silver Dollar City. My only suggestion would be to let guest know this property is upstairs and there is no elevator (that I saw). Wasn’t an issue for this trip but some times we travel with older parents that wouldn’t have made it up those stairs to this unit.

Great place to stay

Great communication with owner. Place was as described. Easy entry with code given well in advance. Good location to main strip of Branson and Silver Dollar City. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be able to return later this year.
