The two-storey holiday house offers a spacious and comfortable retreat in the heart of Victor Harbor. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living area and a dining space, along with three bedrooms and a combined bathroom and laundry. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, separate shower, toilet, vanity, and an automatic washing machine.
Moving upstairs, you'll discover a second living area with an open-plan layout that combines the living and dining spaces. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a microwave, TV, video, and a reverse cycle air conditioner for your comfort. For added safety, a gate is installed at the top of the stairs. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet and two more bedrooms.
Outside, you can relax and soak in the surroundings on the spacious balcony, which features an outdoor setting and a barbecue. Please note that the property does not have an enclosed yard. Off-street parking is available, and we kindly request that you do not park under the carport.

Wifi is provided for your convenience, and you can find the necessary information within the property.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
