The open-plan living area is generous and inviting, with two comfortable sofas facing the TV, a large timber dining table and seamless flow to the covered alfresco terrace overlooking the water. The kitchen is designed for real use, featuring full appliances, a walk-in pantry and plenty of counter space—ideal for shared meals or longer stays.

Accommodation is thoughtfully zoned to balance privacy with comfort, making it ideal for both groups and families. The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a king bed, ensuite, workspace and a peaceful outlook to the front garden. Two additional bedrooms with double beds provide inviting spaces to unwind, while the fourth bedroom, featuring a king single, TV and compact workspace, adds flexibility for different stay styles. The main bathroom enhances the sense of relaxation, with a deep standalone bath, separate shower and a spacious vanity area designed for easy, everyday use.

Outside, the shaded alfresco overlooks the lagoon and a private upgraded jetty, setting the scene for fishing, kayaking or relaxed evenings by the water, with friendly local magpies occasionally stopping by to greet you.

A well-equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, along with a dual-entry double garage with boat access through to the jetty, ensures a seamless stay. Parking for up to four cars is available on the driveway and in the garage, while ducted air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
