While the Gavilon is on the outskirts of downtown, it really gets you closer to the trails going out of town and that is a good thing in the summertime! Convenient location

Nice condo in convenient location. Bed upstairs was comfortable. Pull out sofa bed was okay. Fire place is really nice and they provided wood. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Very easy walk to town and to the mountain base gondola. Washing machine was broken but they sent someone to come and fix it during our stay. Overall good.

I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood this condo is located in. Walking distance from the downtown area makes this great for anyone visiting Aspen. Clean and convenient.

Perfect location, clean & comfy

We loved our stay! Location is a short walk to downtown shops & restaurants but still a quiet neighborhood feel. The unit is really clean & comfy with thoughtful, hospitable touches. Loved the wine cooler!

Perfect place to stay

This is such a great condo. It's easy to get around town from here, everything is walking distance. Kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Would stay here every time if it's available.

Weekend Getaway in Aspen

Great property in the heart of Aspen! Short walk to just about any venue in downtown Aspen. Property was the perfect size for my girlfriend and I. We also really appreciated the high-speed internet and great communication from property management. Would stay again!

Had a wonderful experience at Gavilon. The communication with the company was perfect, parking was great, access to everything, great vibe of the condo, well equipped kitchen, clean, quiet. I would definitely come back

cozy and clean apt close to downtown

Bright, clean, quiet and cozy spot. Short walk to downtown, about 30" walk to Aspen Ideas Festival location. Bike rental stations nearby (and everywhere). Very comfortable space to spend a few days.

Jennifer, I am glad you had nice stay in our Gavilon condo in downtown Aspen. Having a bike here would be very convenient but with the stations nearby you definitely can take advantage of those. Aspen getaway

It was a cozy, spacious little apartment right downtown very welcoming, easy to get to, I enjoyed the nice stemware glassware and bar set up inside the house, I believe the previous owner must’ve been into wine, but it was really nice to have good glassware. Would rent again highly recommended.

Great place close to everything

We really enjoyed staying here. It is easy enough to walk to the Ajax gondola and anything else that you need to do in town. It is clean and comfortable and has a great feel to it. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that skis cannot be stored in the designated ski locker in the condo and have to be left outside on the balcony, which results in them being covered in snow/ice in the morning.

Excellent stay at condo

Great stay at this condo, property manager Pauline was very helpful. The condo was large and clean and within walking distance of slopes. Heated floors in multiple areas of condo which was nice after skiing. Probably about an 8-10 minute walk to Ajax Gondola and a short 2-3 minute walks to a neighboring bus stop that will take you to the Gondola if you don’t want to walk that far. Very close to grocery store City Market.
