Perfect place to unplug

We loved everything about this property! It is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were quick to respond, friendly and very helpful! We definitely recommend staying here if you need a place to unplug, relax and enjoy nature!

Great Cheat River Getaway!!

Stay was excellent and property was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Wildlife was abundant on the property. We caught well over 100 fish in just a couple days. We will definitely be back when the river is hopefully a little lower. Excited to return. House and porch were in great shape and the furnishings were excellent.

Amazing Cabin and Wonderful Hosts

The place was just perfect! Right next to a peaceful river, we saw Deer on the property and very close to the falls and other lakes to see. Caught about 12 small fish in the river in a short amount of time on worms. The cabin was fully equipped, all we had to do is buy the food (which is about 15 minutes away). We will definitely be going back!

We loved everything about this cabin. The owners are so nice and are also on the property. The house has everything you would need and as well stocked. Our favorite part was the screened in porch facing the river. It does not get any better than that.

Relaxing by the river. Peaceful and amazing. Great cabin! My husband and I and grand dog loved the weekend. We have visited many places in West Virginia but this cabin and property were the brst.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was everything we wanted/needed, and clearly cared for. We immediately felt at home, not like some properties that are sparsely appointed with cast-offs. The river was gorgeous and relaxing. The hosts were top notch. Heavenly views and accommodations

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful vacation close to a river. We both love fishing and the soothing sounds of running water. This cabin and property far exceeded our wishes. The cabin was spotless, well stocked for any type of weather and had the most charming decorations. We went during the last week of August and the low's were in the 40's!! Deb texted directions on how to use the heating system, which works very proficiently. She also, checked in to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay which was so nice! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing Vacation

If you are looking for a riverfront view from a large screened in porch with wildlife and bird songs you will love this place. The cabin is so cute, beds and furniture are comfortable. Well water is so good you can use it for your coffee. No pets so you don’t have to worry about fleas. Canoes and fire pit go with the property and the owners are on site and very helpful. But do bring plenty of bug spray for all the flying pests along a river. Did I mention how great the screened in porch was

From the time we pulled into the drive it was nothing but spectacular. The home owners were the best hosts you could ask for. The cabin had everything you need and more. We enjoyed the outside fire pit next to a magnificent river. If you need to wind down and reboot this is the place to stay. Hope to return one day.

We were here for the first time in May this year and decided to come back in the fall. It's hard to explain to someone how a simple cabin on a great river can be so rewarding and refreshing. Whether you fish, canoe , or just sit and read a book this charming cabin is the place.

Almost heaven!

This property was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Great location on the Cheat River which was amazing. Perfect view from the front porch. No cell service or internet which was exactly what we needed. Only a few minutes to town if you need to connect. Owners live close by if you need anything. Even our dog was welcomed.
