Ullr Haus has all the comfort, space, and amenities you need to host family and friends for a memorable getaway. Situated on a near-acre lot, two miles from Main Street and the slopes, you will find both privacy and close proximity to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Enjoy the nearby Golden Horseshoe trail system which provides world-class hiking, off-roading, and mountain biking.

With room to spread out, Ullr Haus has three bedrooms, three baths, terraced decks, and a hot tub. The great room has a spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, large flat-screen TV, sweeping views of the 10-mile range, and a wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs is a rustic den with a fireplace, bar, sauna, and foosball.

Amenity extras at Ullr Haus include a full-size laundry room; gas grill; and modern kitchen with anything you need to prepare a special meal. Proudly managed and maintained by River Ridge Rentals.

Beautiful home with amazing views

Beautiful home with amazing views just minutes from Main Street in Breckinridge. Home in very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. My family and I had a great trip and will definitely be back again!!

Perfect Family Getaway

Wow! Our family of five absolutely loved this home away from home. The spectacular view was breathtaking and everyone found something fun and relaxing to do. We had big plans to explore beautiful Breckinridge, but loved the house so much that we simply stayed “home” most of the time. The foosball table, hot tub, patio, and all the cozy spaces were exactly what we needed.

Family Getaway

We took our adult children and their spouses along with my granddaughter for a weekend getaway. Needless to say we had an awesome time! The house allowed each family to have their own sleeping space and bathroom. The two decks were great for hanging out side and playing games or watching the sunset. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with stunning mountain views

It was a great experience for our family. The home is spacious and uniquely decorated with a charming cabin feel, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The property management team was very accessible and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and the fun foosball table. The home is located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat, yet it also serves as a great jumping-off point for exploring Breckenridge and surrounding areas. You feel secluded but you are still close to town. Overall, we loved our visit and highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and scenic getaway.

Great views, good proximity and spacious

The house was spacious with spectacular Mountain Views! Was close enough to the town (5 min drive) but felt nestled in the mountains. Communication with the property managers was excellent- they helped us resolve our questions promptly. Only consideration is that there was not central heat so unless you made a wood fire, the house was really cold (~60 degrees).

Great Views - Cozy Home - Close to Town

This home was great for our stay. It snowed while we were here, but the property manager made sure they plowed and we had no problems driving in and out. Be sure to get an AWD vehicle. Also, be sure to light the fireplace in the living room. It warms up the entire home, and was easy to use! There were plenty of cooking supplies, we bought groceries and ate at home almost the entire time. This home has several porches with GREAT VIEWS for the summer and winter! There are steps on the property which may be harder for some, but even in the snow, our family (ages 50-20) could get around fine! The hot tub, foosball table, sauna, and downstairs bar were great entertainment areas! There was plenty of sleeping area! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds in a trundle, 2 full beds in a bunk, and a pull out couch!

Wonderful!

Our stay at Ullr House was amazing. The view is terrific and amenities made every day enjoyable. This was our first trip with COVID restrictions and being in the mountains was the perfect vacation. The house was spotless and well maintained. Wes was very responsive and helpful. The house was just the right distance from town and we appreciated how proactive everyone in Breck was in keeping visitors safe and healthy while hiking, shopping, eating, etc.

Wonderful weekend in the Mountains

What a beautiful lodge. The windows and deck gave an amazing view of Breckenridge ski area. The living room was spacious and a gathering place. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very nice shower in the upstairs bathroom. Sauna and hot tub worked great and were enjoyed. Downstairs bar, foosball, and couch area were good for games. The lodge was excellent for our needs and we would book yhis location again. Only constructive feedback is that the 2nd garage space was not big enough for our jeep or subaru.

The views from every room are incredible--it's amazing to be able to look out and see the Breckenridge ski trails! The property is close to town and yet feels tucked away in a charming, wooded area. The house is well appointed...the owners have it decorated beautifully, the management takes great pride in caring for the home and the cleaners do an incredible job. If I could give this property 10 stars I would!

Outstanding!

Views, views... and more views! Perfect home base just minutes from town. Charming mountainside property with stunning views from the living room, bedrooms, and decks. Loved watching the mountains change throughout the day/night. We had everything we needed and cooked a few meals (mostly breakfast). Everything was well appointed and nicely decorated with the bathrooms having good water pressure and quick to have hot water. Loved the cozy gas fireplace on the lower level and the swing. Just down the road where the road U turns is a spectacular lookout point. We even saw one lonely moose up the hill!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate 3 birthdays in our family and it couldn't have been any better! The space was perfect for our family with adult kids! They loved hanging out in the basement for movie nights and going in the hot tub1. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning with spectacular views of the mountains. The side patio was perfect for outdoor dining and playing games at the couches. The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool and utensil we would need which made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect because we could easily get into town for shopping and dining, yet it was private and comfortable! We loved it and already have talked about going back again! Thank you!

Overall great stay - would recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here for a late birthday/friendsgiving celebration and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and well kept with great amenitites including a full-service kitchen that allowed us to host a full thanksgiving meal. There is also a sauna and hot tub that were really nice and fun to take advantage of. Location is also great and very close to downtown Breck and the gondola which takes you up to the ski resort.The only 2 points of feedback I would give to management would be: 1. The bedding is REALLY warm. As in not breathable at all. Despite it being very cool in the home at night time (it was ~15 degrees outside), this made it really hard to sleep well - at least the first night. We ended up taking couch blankets into the bedroom and used those in place of the actual bed linens. I would HIGHLY suggest to management to invest in different, more breathable materials for this.2. The smoke alarm went off at 7:30am one morning for no apparent reason and would not go off. The smoke detector was too high up for anyone to reach it so we just had to wait for it to go off which took about 15 minutes. We contacted management but they didn't really provide any real solution. My advice to the rental company would be to at least make the smoke alarm accessible to guests.

Great and cozy place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I did a birthday getaway together and this home was perfect for us. Would be great for a larger group too. Everything was so well maintained and beautifully set up. We used the woodstove and it kept the house so cozy and warm. The views were absolutely stunning and we used the hot tub as well in the snow. It was like out of a story book with the snow falling and the mountain views. Super convenient location right outside Breckenridge as well. We found ourselves wanting to spend all our down time in the cabin. Highly highly recommend!
