The location was excellent, and the balcony view was so calming. The water was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved watching dolphins from the balcony.However, we frequently smelled cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. We weren’t sure if it drifted up from the designated smoking area in the garage or if it came from a nearby unit — we thought the property was smoke-free.We were provided only two fobs for three adults, which made coordinating beach access a bit inconvenient. We didn’t use the other amenities, but the outdoor grills were a nice feature and made for an enjoyable meal in.The kitchen was quite small and a bit worn, and it lacked a basic “shared items” cabinet with things like coffee filters, spices, or cooking oil — something we’ve typically found in other VRBO rentals.Overall, the view and location made the stay worthwhile, but a few updates and adjustments could make it even better.

Great!

We loved our stay! This building is smaller, compared to some, so we liked that! We loved that the beach wasn’t completely full of people! There’s always a space for your family! We loved this beach!! Our condo was really clean! I even walked inside, and out, barefoot
I’m a germ phobe so normally don’t do that! The view for sunrises were amazing from our patio!

Wonderful view and location on Gulf

View of the gulf out the balcony was just what we wanted. Sat out in the balcony daily and watched the sunsets. Great fresh breeze off the gulf with the patio doors open. Condo location is great and not far from restaurants or other attractions like the Gulf State Park. Parking and elevator access were great. Amenities like pool and beach access were great. Fitness room could use some improvements on old equipment. Had a couple minor issues pop up and host was quick to respond. My boy minor gripe was the weak-sauce Mr Coffee machine. I need to make better Java in the morning.

Good time

We stayed during spring break for a ball tournament. The location was great for us. No waiting for the elevators. All the TV's worked with plenty of channels to choose from which was good for the rainy and cool days. Nice gym area. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but my daughter said it was cold in the inside pool and hot tub. Too cold for me to try myself. You are given fobs to access the pools, beach, and gym areas. I saw later in our stay we were supposed to have 6 but there were only 5 and only 5 hooks. I'm not sure if there was another one there somewhere or not. We didn't need that many so it was not a concern for me. The master BR has an adjustable bed which is great for watching tv. It is firm. My wife slept like a baby but I hardly slept at all. Just depends on your preference. Great view of the beach and ocean. Never had a problem parking. Not sure why but our chargers never seemed to fully charge our devices overnight and we tried multiple outlets within the unit. All in all not a bad spot.

Parking was easy and convenient, view was amazing, rooms were very clean. Management was extremely responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was so close, exactly what we had wanted. We used the grill for burgers one night and were pleased with that area. Only small thing was that the pool area (windows and decking) could use a bit of cleaning/re-do. We even extended our stay an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back!

Condo was beautiful and very roomy! We watched the dolphins playing in the ocean from our balcony every morning. It stormed one day and even though it shows an indoor pool, it is not actually. Part of the pool is on the outside of the building and because it was lighting outside, it was not safe to swim. Parking was great!

Our two great granddaughters have never seen the water and when they walked in the condo the first thing they saw was just that at the end of the living room going out on the balcony. The memories that we made with them in this short stay was absolutely priceless!

Very nice!

This condo is right on the ocean with great views! The management was very responsive and helpful for our entire stay! It was very clean and cozy. The only down side is that it could use some updates as the tiles are loose and the kitchen cabinets are a little rough. But none of those things stopped me from having an amazing time.
