The parking did not go well for us. Couldn’t get the QR code to scan (probably my phone)and for an older person it was not fun. And the code was in an awkward place to scan. Had to go inside to sign up for parking. Other wise everything was great.

The place was very clean. We had an incredible stay. Heard people complain about staying on the 19th floor but we loved it. We had an incredible great view of the beach and the beach club. Almost every morning we were able to watch the dolphins from our balcony.

This was the perfect spot for us!! The location is great. The rooms were just as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean! Check in and check out was very easy. Great communication! We will definitely look at staying here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful view of the beach! I would highly recommend this property! We will definitely be coming back!

This location has to be the absolute best, most convenient option we could have chose for our family! Everything was so easily accessible it made our trip go so so smoothe! Great views, awesome facilities and the host was beyond accommodating! Frequent check ins and tips/pointers made our stay that much easier. Hundred percent recommend!

The property was clean. Although the furniture in bedrooms was a bit outdated and could stand to be upgraded; especially the mattresses in both rooms. Maybe bathroom handles. Getting in and out of the tubs for shower was a little difficult. I'm an elderly person and need a little extra help sometimes. :-)T he furniture was a bit rickety. They could include basic seasonings, salt and pepper. :-) Nice fluffy towels. My main drawback to this property is they advertise as being on the beach. Wel-l-l-l that was not true and that's why I booked this property. It's across the street with a cat walk to the next property to get to the beach. The picture of the beach shown is not this property. Really, really disappointed in that. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent view of the gulf from the balcony. Got yo watch dolphins follicking in the gulf. Experienced two days of rip current warnings and high winds. So needless to say, we didn't get much beach time. Description of property needs to be changed to reflect true proximity to beach. Oh, and the lazy river was really disappointing. It's very small. Not to mention kids in the hot tubs at the lazy river property. Did enjoy the hot tub and pool at THIS property.

We had a great stay. The condo was super clean and decorated really nice. The view of the gulf and pool was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing in Gulf Shores

Great location, great condo! We very much enjoyed our stay & WILL stay here again. Alabama Getaway Beach Vacation Rentals manages this condo & they were exceptional! Anytime I had a question, they were only a call or text away. They were very clear and consistent with messaging, and communicating with us before, during & after our stay. THE BEST customer service!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed the condo and the location. The views were incredible, the walkway to the beach was air conditioned and easy to reach the beach and pool, and the pool was nice (a bit cold as it is not heated). The condo itself had everything you could need for your visit to Gulf Shores (even a hair dryer which is rare to find in a condo). Beds were comfortable and the everything was in great working order. We will definitely be back!!

Spring break 2025

This was our third stay at this location. We love 1903 and it had been 4 years since we stayed. We loved the upgrades since. Great location and just the right amount of room for our family. We will be back again!
