We initially had issues with the pool. Heating wouldn’t turn on and required a service call. Pool once warm was used.

I don’t even know how to express how awesome this property is. We are VRBO snobs and this property had everything and more! There were approx 12 beach chairs, a wagon, a beach dolly to take the chairs, baby flits, noodles, I can go on and on. The hosts did an amazing job and even offered a late checkout without us even asking. The outside area by the pool, bar, grill, putting area were all great! If we come back to siesta, this is where we will stay again!

Great for families, great location, exceeded our expectations

Very nice property! We brought a large family group and every one enjoyed the many rooms, good technology, fun pool area and putting green. The outdoor space is such a great gathering space. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve a big family, which we really appreciated! The beach was a very short walk to an area not as busy as the main beaches, so we liked that! Red tide did affect one day of our beach time.

Family Reunion

This property is in a great location and is beautifully appointed. It's a short walk to the beach and/or a short stroll to the Village and all the shops and restaurants. The management company was very responsive, and the property was even better than the pictures, especially the outdoor space. Would recommend renting.

Tropical Paradise - Siesta Key

Amazing property with everything we needed, including a perfect location in Siesta Key Village. Check in was easy and there were delicious cupcakes in the fridge to welcome us. Loved the layout of the house, especially the first floor outdoors area which includes the pool, spa, bar, ping pong and a 4-hole putt putt green. We spent most of our time there. Highly recommend this property for larger groups who want luxurious accommodations close to the village.

Fitting title for this property. Perfect for our family of 6. Well laid out. First class furnishings. Elevator a big plus. Lots of beach amenities come with the home. Great place to stay

Had a great time with extended family and friends! The location to the beach and the shopping area was fantastic! The house was beautiful! Loved having 2 separate family rooms! Enjoyed hanging out by the pool and playing ping pong! Everyone enjoyed coming back to the pool after those long hot days on the beach! (The little biting flies outside were not fun but nothing a little Off and a citronella candle couldn't handle) Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!!

Terrific stay at a terrific property

What a wonderful property! The location is perfect -- a short walk to both the beach and the Village. The house is spectacular and well-stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue I had is that the photos on the website are not updated to show the new view-blocking homes built next door. You can barely see the water now. Nevertheless, we would come back in a heartbeat!

First family vacay with small grandchildren

Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and the cute downtown restaurants. Great pool and hot tub and outdoor area. Very responsive management. Extremely helpful. I wish I could give them a 4 1/2 stars but we did feel that for the price we had a initial cleanliness issue. And a couple other small problems. They did send the cleaning crew and maintenance crew out immediately so that was good. We would definitely go back to this house.

Spring Break Vacay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key! The house was very clean and comfortable. We did have some minor interruptions with smoke detectors, keypad and pool equipment, but Cottages on the Key worked to fix or come up with solutions for any issues quickly and efficiently. The house is so close to all the shops and minutes from a beautiful beach. We didn't even need the bikes we rented for the week. The elevator was great for Grandma and hauling luggage up to the top floors. It was a perfect location for our family full of teens, although I would remind everyone that because it's close to everything, lock your car! We did have some sunglasses stolen from ours. We would definitely stay here again!
