The Space:
Enjoy contemporary and comfortable living in the modern open plan living and dining space or stay out of the weather and enjoy the views in the cosy sunroom.
Outdoor table setting allows a great spot to sit and watch the world go by. Double glazed windows, heat pumps in the lounge and both bedrooms and thermal lined curtains make for a cool or warm and cosy feel anytime of the year. Log in to your favourite viewing app or enjoy access to Sky Sports on the 65â Smart TV, curl up with a cuppa and a good book, or use the unlimited complimentary WIFI to post some holiday snaps!
With a designer kitchen you'll have everything at your fingertips to create delicious holiday meals, including access to a seasonal herb garden. Prepare some delicious sides and fire up the BBQ for a relaxed alfresco meal, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher and continue enjoying the warm summer evenings on your private fenced patio, complete with coastal backdrop.
Two hotel quality Queen beds comfortably sleep up to four guests plus two separate bathrooms and luxuriate in a bubble bath for that end of day soak. Additional space is available for family and friends with the option to use the king single bed and a pop up single bed which converts to a side-by-side Californian king size bed for an additional two guests. Both beds have extra comfortable Liverpool mattresses and the room has a blackout curtain and heater/cooler column unit. This space can also be used as a toddlers sleeping area with onsite port-a-cot, highchair, pushchair and toys available to use.
In addition, there is a safe and secure lockable garage with a spare fridge for your mid-size car or personal belongings to be stored overnight or during the day when you're out and about.
Wake up in the morning and start your day with a fresh Nespresso (don't forget to pack your favourite pods!) before you meander across to the beach or hike to the top of Mauao. Or follow your coffee with a five-minute stroll to Maunganui Road, where youâll find an exciting array of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas and the Mount Maunganui Saturday markets.
Whether youâre after endless surf and sand, relaxing seaside cocktails, shopping trips, or a combination of all three, the prime location, design and features of the Beachfront Gem make it the perfect choice for your next holiday!

- Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc.
- Rubbish & recycling removal.

Cancelled bookings on Airbnb will be refunded in accordance with the cancelation policy, all other booking channels will incur a refund that is less the credit card Stripe fee.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
