If you are looking for a nice cozy condo that's within walking distance to downtown Canmore and a short drive to Banff? You have found the best place.
Unlike many other holiday rentals in Canmore, we own and manage this unit ourselves and take pride in offering our guests the best possible stay. You will be dealing with the real owners and getting personal service and not a company that is managing 100's of units in the area.
Beautiful mountain views from every window and balcony. Our condo has an open concept with a great queen bed and a queen sofa bed, with a kitchenette and bathroom. Enjoy Hiking and Skiing. very close to nice restaurants, bars and golf courses. End Unit in the building, Breathtaking views of all the surrounding mountains. This condo is perfect for your getaway.

Good place to stay. It had everything we needed. Bed and pillows could have been a little better, but I would stay here again.

Canmore Get-Away

Easy check in and check-out. Kitchen has 2 induction heating plates for cooking, fridge, microwave, Keurig, cutlery, and kettle. Great views, great location for getting into town. Not a busy area, so no noise pollution from tourists downtown.

For the price, the accommodations were fine; a place to sleep at an inexpensive price. The property was clearly very old and I think they tried to modernize the individual apartments. As for the million dollar view, you overlook a car dealership parking lot and a garden center. The mountains are in the background, but it’s hard to get past the businesses to enjoy it. If you’re there for a once in a lifetime visit, spend a little more and get a nicer place. If you just need a place to lay your head and keep a few snacks, these accommodations are just fine. It was great that they provided a pass to the national park for use while we were visiting.

It was fine, serviceable. But for the price, I was surprised how rundown and the place looked and felt. The furnishings and the amenities were the cheapest possible and the building itself was super run down. The location was ideal though.

The property was beautifully located. I was a little surprised by the stairs, I likely missed it somewhere when booking. The view was amazing. The included park pass saved us money. I recommend taking the outside stairs, it is two flights. The inside staircases seemed to smell of urine. This was outside of the actual unit. The actual unit was great.

Friendly responsive host, cute place

Wonderful weekend stay, small but tasteful place well stocked with everything you need including a Parks Pass. There was ample parking for a van with a ski box on top. Host was very friendly and responded quickly to all communications. Highly recommend!

Great spot, especially for the price. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. The park pass also was an added bonus. The view from the balcony is also unbeatable!

Exactly as shown - Perfect!

The condo was exactly as we expected and as shown in the photos! It was spacious for a couple and the perfect location for exploring the area. Easy on and off the main highway. Communication was excellent with reminders before check in and reminders night before check out. The national park pass was excellent. We would rent this exact unit again with no hesitation. Thank you Peter for being so thoughful!

Great location for hiking around Canmore.

This was a great location to visit Banff and Kananaskis National Parks. This was a lovely studio unit with king bed, a sofa bed and bath with tub and shower. It’s one long room with a small balcony large enough for 2 chairs and a small table. There is a view of mountains that show above the parking lot and a home improvement store. It was a great location for hiking, rappelling and rock climbing. Close to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we were hoping for

Checkin was easy, communication was quick, unit is a great size with everything we needed! The unit does face out over the parking lot so you can see that and the garden centre but it’s got an incredible view of mountains on multiple sides so we didn’t mind at all. the location is on the edge of town, for us this meant hearing the helicopter tours every once in a while but much less of the traffic noise from the central area. Would 100% choose to stay here again!

This is the end unit in the complex and offers the best views.
There is high-speed internet in the unit with all streaming channels including NETFLIX.
For your own health and safety, the unit is deep cleaned and sanitized professionally by our own cleaning company Regal House Cleaning
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire unit except for a cleaning closet.
Other things to note
Doordash is readily available to the unit and great new bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

There is a Park Pass in the condo you can attach to your windscreen for you to use which will save you $20 a day entry into Banff National park. Also can be used for Jasper, Yoho, Kootenay, Mount Revelstoke Parks.
