Luminous apartment in the district of the Pointe Saint-Charles, for 6 people. Perfect for couples, friends or families.

- ACCOMMODATION -

Luminous, entirely equipped and spacious, it is a 70sqm apartment for 6 people maximum.

You will be located in the district of Pointe Saint-Charles, close to the Lachine Canal, Old Port of Montreal, Atwater Market and downtown Montreal.

To ensure maximum comfort during your stay you will be offered the following amenities:

• Living room: sofa, chair, flat screen television with Netflix and a coffee table.
• Open kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hotplates, dishwasher and dining table for 4 people.
• 1st bedroom: queen size bed.
• 2nd bedroom: double bed.
• Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet.

Plus: hair dryer, iron, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning.

Included: Wifi, high quality linen and towels, etc.

The accommodation has a Noise Aware system.

- GUEST ACCESS -

The accommodation is on the ground floor. You will be given one set of keys on upon your arrival via lockbox access (code will be sent prior to your arrival).

ATTENTION: housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

IMPORTANT: It will be a self check-in, the check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure.

- NEIGHBORHOOD -

The apartment is located in the district of the Pointe Saint Charles. You will find an IGA supermarket and restaurants nearby.

You will be at:

• Griffintown, Little Burgundy and the Atwater Market are all walking distance away.
• Downtown and Old port, are less than 20 minutes away by public transport and can also be accessed via bike (bixi) or walking.
• Mont-Royal, at 30 minutes away by public transport.
• Ile Sainte Hélène is 15 minutes away by car.

- TRANSPORT -

• There is free street parking in front of the building
• There is a metro (Charlevoix station) that is about 12 minutes away by walking

Decent spot, not alot going on in the neighborhood

The property was definitely rough around the edges inside, could use a deep clean, but overall it was solid, had everything a person needed as far as bathroom and kitchen ammenities were concerned. The neighborhood is decent, but there is not alot of shopsor restaurants

Excellent value

Had a great time here. Comfortably accommodates a group of 4 sharing beds (any more might get a bit congested). Awesome to have a good sized kitchen and bathroom with a washer and dryer, as well as a comfortable living area. Central yet quiet location, not far from an IGA and transit. The host was very easy to communicate with and understanding. Just noticed a few minor issues in the drywall, and the dishwasher was not completely secure. However, overall really happy with our stay, and you simply cannot beat the value that you get here. Recommend!

Great clean apartment

We had a great stay during our trip to Montreal. The place had everything we needed, was clean and well organized. The host was very responsive too! I really appreciated how all of my questions were answered quickly. they even had me take a picture of the parking signs to ensure I was parking in a spot that was allowed--really appreciated this level of support :)

Montreal stay

This property is in a great spot close to the canal , Griffintown and Atwater market. It.was the best rental value we have stayed in for Montreal. We will return to this rental, it worked well for the 2 of us. It would be comfortable for a family of 4.

Just What I Needed

The condo was nice, well heated and cooled. The only marks against cleanliness were mainly a few things that the cleaners missed. The Wi-Fi was good enough for YouTube, but don't bring a gaming laptop to kill some down time. Hot water was always available. The kitchen had most necessities and the owner even provided a spare phone charger. Great communication as well. Just be careful and read the signs for parking on the street to avoid tickets. Neighbors weren't noisy and hardly any traffic to speak of. Will return if I'm in the area

Hockey trip

I was on a hockey trip with my son. We stayed in this townhouse close to the Metro and Bell Center. Charles answered the check questions we had. I would recommend the place when visiting Montréal.

Great place to stay and enjoy Montreal

Communication with the host was wonderful. Check-in process was super easy. The location was top notch! Be able to know how to parallel park. But really, if we're not doing much, you can leave your parked car, where it is and walk, get food or groceries or anything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you with you

Quiet location, nearby ethnic restaurants

Great location. Condo has all the essentials - perfect place to crash after a day of exploring. Walking distance to Metro and Atwater Market make the place unbeatable.

We stayed at this vrbo for a concert and extended our trip ! Great access to old port and downtown montreal ! The place was clean and our hosts were very reasonable about having an earlier check in & late check out !!

Cozy and clean open space

My family and I, loved the place. Cozy, clean and comfortable. We got everything we need. It’s spacious for family of 4. Plus it’s in the ground floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely will recommend.
