Located on a exclusive street in Treasure Beach, each bedroom has air conditioning and it's own private bathroom. The beach is only 1 minute away and the villa has incredible ocean views that can be enjoyed from one of it's many balconies or walk out terraces. The LARGE private pool in the backyard is the most popular spot and with 2 gazebos, this villa is destined to give you the relaxed quiet time you need, blended in with quality family time and life long memories. Want to enjoy your time at Seaside Villa even more? We have the best chefs in the area and many restaurants within walking distance. Great family/friends vacation

Wonderful villa with a great host and onsite staff. Walk to a quiet, beautiful beach. Plenty of room. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms! Big plus for a big crew! We had the chefs prepare two meals and both were extraordinary! Full kitchen to prepare other meals. Five star visit!

Family vacation

Our entire family of 13 stayed 8 days. Location was great, Lashings bar / restaurant 500 feet away. We went thru the bar to get to the beach. Visited Pelican bar, had fresh lobster delivered to our house, which we cooked on the grill. Cleveland and Valerie were great to us, they provided a ride to go shopping, cooked a welcome meal and a Jamaican meal for us. Very satisfied.

Treasure Beach Stay

My group had an amazing time staying at Seaside Villa. Matthew and the property manager were very helpful and helpful way to contact. We had a power outage situation the first day we were there, it came back on the next day around noon. Everyone tried to make us feel comfortable and they even cooked us a wonderful dinner for the troubles of no power. We will not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing holiday at Seaside Villa

7 of us stayed at Seaside Villa last month and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better! The villa was everything it promised to be from the pictures on the website. It was really difficult finding a villa that had 6 individual rooms as only two of the guests were sharing. Seaside has 7 on two levels - all lovely rooms with en-suite. The villa and grounds are very well kept and extremely clean and tidy and the pool is cleaned regularly. Valerie, Cleveland and Jonathan do a fabulous job and are contactable always to help with anything. Valerie is also an amazing chef!❤️ Matthew our host was just lovely and very friendly and helpful, and it’s evident that him and his team work hard to make sure that their guests don’t have anything to worry about except what to eat, drink and where to visit next! The local community are very welcoming and friendly. Lashings Beach Club is only 2 minutes walk away and they make you feel like family, especially Louis the manager and his wife. The beach and many eateries are within walking distance. We love Treasure beach and will always return. We all felt like Seaside Villa was our home for the 2 weeks and I’m sure we’ll be back Matthew! Would just like to say we unfortunately had to visit Black River Hospital due to my elderly mum having an accident. They were lovely with her. She was registered, triaged, seen by a doctor, given pain relief and an x-Ray with results provided, within 3 hours! We love Jamaica and the people. One love🇯🇲❤️

After sharing this part of the island with a group of friends, they decided to purchase and renovate this beach house so they could keep sharing the cool vibes only Jamaica can deliver. With it's unique local charm and tasty cuisine, Seaside Villa is excited to host families and retreats looking to soak up the sun on the south coast. Home is here in Treasure Beach, and at Seaside Villa, its a sunny day every day.

Why they chose this property

The beach is our closest neighbor. A one minute walk quickly opens up into 6 miles of beautiful sandy beach. At night, when all is quiet, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore.
Growing up, I spent my summers in Treasure Beach. In fact, after we purchased this property, we found out Deb's Grandmother was born and grew up at the property beside this villa.

What makes this property unique

Seaside Villa is located in the quaint town of Treasure Beach, St. Elizabeth. At Seaside Villa you are encouraged to shop at local stores, explore the neighborhood, dine at local restaurants. World famous Jakes and Jack Sprat restaurants are just an 8-minute walk up the lane. About 35 minutes drive to YS Falls and Appleton Rum Estate. Grab a cold drink or lunch while taking in the view at Lover's Leap. Why not take a boat ride to Pelican Bar, a bar/restaurant located on a sandbar in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. You can arrange a boat right from our beach.
Guests can also enjoy Calabash International Literary Festival which happens bi-annually in May. Within walking distance, you can take part of this world renowned festival where you can meet internationally known authors and actors.
