Beautiful, peaceful property! Easy to get to. Hosts responded quickly to communication and were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this home.

Another family week at Joe & Whitney's wonderful lake house! Lots of tubing, swimming, kayaking and just hanging out on the beach. It's really nice to have the clear shallow water for the youngest ones in our crew. We also enjoyed card games around the inside and outside tables, plenty of room for all. We found this place 5 years ago and as long as it's here, we'll keep coming back!

Great place to stay! Very clean, kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. Outside area is very clean with plenty of room.

There was plenty of stuff to do at this location. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very nice. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The host left a few small lights on for our arrival since our flight was delayed twice and the house was immaculate. Our visit to this property could not have gone any better. The back porch on the house was the jewel of our visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet get away from home. It was like a home away from home. The beachfront on the lake is perfect for children and there are so many great places to sit and visit with family and friends inside and outside of the home. Don’t let this one slip through your fingers. Thank you again to the homeowners, they were amazing people and so easy to deal with. I would rate this property a 10 out of 10 for people looking to just relax and enjoy one of the best lakes in Florida!!!

We had the best time. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond. Now, the location…. Perfect. The sandy beach made it easy to dock our jet ski and our grandbabies loved the sandy shallow water. The back screened room was a nice added bonus. Would definitely book again!

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful, peaceful stay! Beautiful, comfortable home steps from the white sand beach on the lake. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very quiet neighborhood. Many activities (springs, Orlando, Mt. Dora) within an hours drive. We also enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The screened in back porch and outside with gorgeous views of Lake Weir made the house hard to match. Lots of room, great food nearby.... This is a great find. Joe was very responsive for any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

This was our 3rd year staying at this location. Love the tradition of coming here and the whole family has a blast. We will continue coming here for years to come!

Great Vacation for Family

This was the first time staying at this location and we loved it. The house was dirty when we arrived but after speaking to the owners, they handled the situation like professionals. We stayed for the week, and it was perfect! Great location, beautiful beach area and plenty of room for 3 small families. We will definetly be back!!

Beautiful Spot on the Lake

We love coming to Lake Weir and this home did not disappoint. Beautiful sandy beach! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of room for the family to spread out. Would def recommend.

Amazing Sunrise and Sunsets!

Enjoyed our visit, spent most of our time hanging out with family and friends and enjoying the lake and the views. From -15 in Chicago to 75 degrees was a bonus. The owners were helpful and friendly!
