Our family had a wonderful time here! The shared townhome pool was beautiful and literally in the backyard (perfect after a day spent playing at the beach and boarding). The other home owners we met were so kind and friendly. We loved every minute of our vacation! Thank you!!

From check in to check out, our stay was flawless, comfortable and quiet. EVERYTHING you need, while away from home, was provided. We were well informed of any additional details before our arrival. This property has been without a pool since October of 2022 and we were the last to find out. We were not happy and called Evolve who told us "Too bad, your pool is not covered in your contract. Seriously? The pool has been closed for months and no one told us. If we had known, we would have canceled the reservation. Very unhappy.

We really enjoyed this place

Spacious, clean, well stocked townhouse. Very nice, private, front patio and a smaller one out back. Didn’t get to check out the pool. Neighborhood feels very safe, is incredibly quiet and lovely. Great park 3 blocks away. Pelican Beach Park is about one mile away with free parking, restrooms, picnic pavilions. King bed in master bedroom was quite comfortable. Television options were good. Internet seemed to work fine. Local, property managers were very responsive and very close by.

Needed a place to hangout and work in between bigger planned events. This was the perfect location and the hosts were amazing. Found a beautiful beach a short drive away hidden from the crazy waves - Sebastian Inlet State Park.
