Coffee maker didn't work so had to buy one.Leak in laundry room coming from upstairs toilet. If you flush prepare to wipe the floor. Found out about it when one of us almost slipped and fell. Another leak coming from jacuzzi tub, thru a/c vent in bedroom onto bed.Weird yellow stuff coming from jacuzzi jets that left a film at water line. Absolutely gross.Screened patio door needs repaired, as does the large hole in screen. During mosquito season the porch would have been useless. Owners response to every complaint was that she didn't know or thought repairs were done. Hole and stains on ceiling didn't appear overnight. Offered to send repairman. We're on vacation with a small child in the home. No,we don't want a strange person in the house doing major repairs. Should have been handled BEFORE we got there. She also told us we could leave,which we considered,but finding a new place and relocating 6 people wasn't doable. Now you can't say you didn't know there were problems because nobody ever complained,which is really hard to believe. Nice house/neighborhood in great location. I won't be back but DO THE REPAIRS before you rent it out again. Have video of water leaking onto bed but it won't let me post it.

For clarity, none of the problems you mentioned had been reported by previous guests, and I was unaware of them until you reached out. As soon as you notified me, I immediately offered to send a licensed repair professional to resolve the issues, but I fully respect your decision not to have maintenance work done during your vacation. I understand how frustrating unexpected repairs can be, especially when traveling with family. Please know that all items you mentioned are being thoroughly inspected and repaired to ensure future guests have a smooth and comfortable stay. I appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve the experience for everyone moving forward.
