Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed plus bunkbed which are two mattress twin xl
Plus bedroom 2 has another 2 queen beds plus we also have huge 3 pieces real leather very comfortable couches in the living room
Plus sofa bed and air mattress if needed queen size

New furniture super clean apartment in the best location
We are only 15 minutes from Miami Beach
And 15 minutes from airport
We do have additional charge for parking it’s 10$ each car valet parking
And they also charge a one time charge for as long as you stay it’s only paid once 30$
For the fob card which gives you access thru the building amenities such as
Beach access
Pool
Gym
games room
Library room
And so much more this is same as a hotel
All the building allows air bnb short term rentals
So they have everything many bars and restaurants at the beach
