Come and Enjoy this newly remodeled sunny 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo, featuring fresh paint, new flooring throughout, a large kitchen with Quartzite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a spacious living room with gas fireplace and private balcony with mountain views. Amenities at the building include Creekside Pool and Hot Tub, Fitness Center with Peloton Bike and Treadmill, and Heated Underground Parking.



Conveniently located across the street from the Bear Parking Lot with free shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort skiing. Located behind the property is the Eagle River and recreational path allowing hiking, biking and fly fishing and access to Avon Town Center restaurants, shopping and Nottingham Park Summer Events and Festivals.

great condo in Avon

We enjoyed this renovated two-bedroom condo. The furnishings and finishes were beautiful and up-to-date. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could walk to the Bear lot across the street in ski boots without a problem to catch the bus up to the top of Beaver Creek. The management company, iTrip, was responsive to our needs. Better instructions for the thermostat would be helpful.

It's a 10!

What a great location for a quick weekend getaway to Avon/Beaver Creek! The condo was just as described and pictured! Clean, comfortable, peaceful; everything you want when you go on vacation! We did not cook, but the kitchen had absolutely everything that you would need to make a meal! We loved the ease of accessing the Eagle Valley Trail for morning walks! We would highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay at Brookside

There are so many things that we loved about this condo. The proximity to everything was great, especially the Bear parking lot (literally a few minutes drive). The condo was updated, clean, & the beds were very comfortable. Booking with iTrip was an easy process, I loved receiving the guidebook prior to arrival, and text updates throughout our stay was nice. Overall, super happy that we picked this condo!

Spring Break with 16 year old son

My 16 year old son and I had stayed for 5 nights. We'd stayed in this complex before so knew the location was easy access to Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards. The unit was clean and very comfortable for the 2 of us - would be equally great for 2 couples. I'll stay here again!

A Perfect Getaway in Beaver Creek

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lodge at Brookside. The location is great – just a short walk to Bear Lot where you can catch the bus to the Village. Super convenient! The condo has everything you need to stay in and cook or just relax by the fireplace. The updates throughout the space give it all the modern comforts you could want, making it feel really cozy and nice. The underground parking spot is a major plus, super convenient no matter the weather. You can get from your car to the condo without any hassle. Our time at the Lodge at Brookside was so wonderful that we are already looking forward to our next visit. For anyone seeking a serene and comfortable retreat in Beaver Creek, we wholeheartedly recommend this charming lodge. Whether for a week or a weekend, it promises a memorable stay.

Nice place, too much road noise

This is a clean, well maintained property that we stayed at for 5 days in December 2022. It has east access to Beaver Creek Resort, the towns of Edwards and Avon. It snowed for three days and each morning at 3 am a snowplough woke me up. The windows and walls are thin and all the road noise from Hwy 6 gets right in - There is sadly nothing be done about it, but of you are not a sound sleeper, I can't recommend you stay here

Avon Lodge at Brookside

Nicely equipped ski condo. Location across the street from the Bear parking lot makes for easy access to Beaver Creek. We opted to drive and park in Bear for the $10 daily fee just to make it a little easier. One could walk to the bus stop if desired. The condo does face hwy 6, so there is a little road noise. All in all had a very nice stay!

This place was great. Pictures don’t do it justice. Only complaint is it was too warm for my liking. We adjusted by keeping doors and windows open until bedtime which worked. No ac.

nice place to stay

nice place to stay. however, a few buts... no closet in the master bedroom (it's locked as the owners closet) and no dresser in the master bedroom. The frying pans are trash and if your going to cook you need to bring your own. this location is near the road so be ready for road noise. it is not near anything so a car or bus is required. the bus schedule is hard to understand and further instructions would be helpful. The unit was always at 70 degrees or more without the heat on; made sleeping tough without the window open and noise from the road.

Great Beaver Creek condo for accessing ski slope

This condo has everything you need for a great ski get away. Located right across the street from the Bear Lot shuttle bus which makes is nearly ski in ski out without the price or crowds. Check in was easy, communication with hosts was great, parking garage was heated with storage included. We could not have asked for more!
