The place is everything it says it is

Our stay was wonderful we really enjoyed it. A little noisy at times with small children running up stairs but besides that it was so peaceful . Just would be nice if in door pool was open to guest during months when outdoor pool is closed

Been here 2x before so it has aged a bit appliances have been updated and are new . A/C seemed a bit musty smell that could use some attention other than that everything a ok

Second time just as good as the first

My friend and I stayed at this condo last year and loved it! We booked it again as soon as we new the date for our next trip and will do so again next year. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet, safe area away from the hustle and bustle of town.

This was a perfect place for family. With teenage girls that love to shop it was good to have the Landing so close. Owners were great to work with. Very clean and felt like home. I canā€™t wait to bring my family back in the summer to use the pool.

Great place and host!

It was everything we expected and hoped for and we didnā€™t have any trouble. All questions were answered in timely manner and everywhere we went took under 10 minutes of driving. It was perfect!

3 night mini vacay with goals to only hang pool side and explore the landing. The condo was super close to the pool. We were like a 5 to 10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and tidy living space with everything you could need in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT!!!

We have stayed here several times. It is perfect! Cute, comfy, and clean. No stairs. Directly across from outdoor pool and hot tub. Quiet, clean, gated community by the golf course. Haven't been to activity center yet, but I believe it's right across the street. Sunset Market grocery store is just up the road. Close to downtown landing and the strip but nice to return here to the quiet. In addition to downtown, the strip, and Silver Dollar City, we love Top of the Rock and Dogwood Canyon just south of Branson and worth the visit. Farmhouse downtown and Jackie B. Goode's Uptown Cafe have great breakfast. Local Outback Steak and Oyster Bar and Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House are really good. Highly recommended condo!! We'll be back!

Awesome!

The condo was perfect! Comfy, welcoming, and quiet. The owners have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. Everything was clean, and nicely organized. We absolutely loved it and would love to stay again sometime. We would also highly recommend it to anyone else. The ONLY negative comment we had was when we first arrived and walked in the odor from the febreez air freshener that was plugged into the wall was so strong and overpowering it almost made my eyes burn, and Iā€™m not allergic or sensitive to any scents or fragrance. We immediately opened the porch door and turned the fan on to air it out. I finally realized what the smell was later that day and just unplugged the febreez thing and it got better. Other than that, this place was amazing, and we LOVED IT!!

Modern Resort Condo

Check in was easy. Owners are nice. First night we had no wifi. Next morning called evolve customer service was horrible, did not resolve internet issues. The owners reach out and fix the problem immediately. Missed alot of my work due to no wifi. There were some dishes not clean so I left them in cabinet as they were found. There are some area around condo that need updating. Some of the floor boards are sinking in especially in front room. The lving room entertainment center had dead bugs and had not been cleaned in a while. I alwats stay at holiday hill resort this is my first bad review in that area. Even though owners were nice I want stay there again.

Peaceful Retreat

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as represented in the description. Located on the grounds of a golf resort, the complex was very quiet and felt safe. It was the perfect peaceful, relaxing retreat my friend and I were looking for. We will definitely try to book this spot again on our next trip to Branson.

Great place!

It was very peaceful and cozy. The owners were very nice and accommodating!!! The beds were comfortable too. Would definitely come back here! Itā€™s a great location, right outside of the city but not far to get anywhere. I would recommend this place for anyone.
