Relaxing Waterfront Home with Beach Vibe
Beachhaven is located on South Stradbroke Island Waters on South Stradbroke Island on the gorgeous Gold Coast.
Waterfront Address is 12 Kookaburra Court, South Stradbroke
It is only accessible by boat, making it totally unique and a wonderful paradise with a 22km sandy beach a 2km walk away or bike ride from your front door.
This home has recently been fully repainted inside & outside and styled with a gorgeous relaxed beach vibe. Think linen curtains, rattan, cane and shiplap cladding.
You'll instantly relax in this space and the perfect place to create holiday memories.
There are two lounge areas, one upstairs and one downstairs plus a separate media room, including spacious upstairs and downstairs deck areas. The perfect place to have a quiet drink, snooze or read a book.
Downstairs deck includes a BBQ
Take the tinny and try a spot of fishing or crabbing. (15hp so a QLD boat license is required)
Louvre windows make it breezy and having a huge deck both upstairs and downstairs overlooking the sandy beach canal, is a great way to watch the family on the kayaks, swimming in the canal or playing on the canal beach.
Stay includes use of bikes, kayaks and SUP.
Tipplers cafe is a 5 min boat trip or a 15-20 min bike ride.
Couran Cove Resort is also a short 5 minute bike ride away and is accessible via boat, bike or walking.
Come and enjoy everything South Straddie and Beachhaven has to offer.
To make the most of your holiday we invite guests to come as early as 10am. After all who wants to check in late and leave early?
