This gorgeous modern coastal town house is your ideal escape away from home. Just a short stroll to the beautiful Fishermans beach and boat ramp. Take a short 2km walk along the esplanade into Main street, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Features 3 Queen bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, separate toilet upstairs and a powder room downstairs.
Open plan living dining and kitchen, with modern smeg oven and cook top, walk in pantry, coffee machine (Aldi pods) and microwave.
Dining area seats 6 people.
Beautiful open plan living room has a relaxed coastal feel, free wifi, wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and sound bar to play your favourite tunes.
Lounge opens to undercover deck with table to seat 6 people, bbq and small grass area.
Laundry, with washing machine and separate powder room are just off the kitchen.
Ducted heating throughout the entire house.
Double garage which fits 2 cars or car and a small boat/jet ski, in addition to off street parking in driveway for an additional vehicle. Plenty of street parking. Note there are 2 boat ramps in Mornington both of which are within 1 minute and 5 minute drives away from the home!
Kindly note that this property is the permanent residence of the owner, offered as short term holiday rental during peak periods. Your consideration, care and cleanliness for the property at all times is greatly appreciated.
This property suits a mature couple or family who seek a quiet environment located in close proximity to beachside and main street Mornington. It is not suitable for party style gatherings or more than 6 guests and we ask that you kindly refrain from entertaining at the home beyond normal domestic use.
Wonderful drives await and abound to explore all that Mornington and the greater Mornington Peninsula have to offer!
House Rules (which you acknowledge and accept as read and understood upon booking confirmation):
1. Strictly no smoking nor pets allowed.
2. Townhouse is in a group of 4 and noise levels must be kept to normal domestic levels. The home is not suitable for large groups, parties, schoolies, or events.
3. All bed linen provided and bath towels provided (guests must bring their own beach towels).
4. Any damage to furniture or fittings is payable at full replacement cost via the pre-authorised credit card provided.
5. Minimum stay is 5-nights. Discount offered per 7-night stay.
6. Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10am (some flexibility may be available subject to booking demand).
7. No refund policy applies to reservations made during the peak period of 2nd Jan 2023 to 30th Jan 2023 unless a replacement booking is secured for same period.
