Anna Maria Love is a completely remodeled luxury vacation rental near Anna Maria Island! Newly furnished 3 bedrooms, two baths ranch style home in West Bradenton in the Cordova Lakes neighborhood. With the pull out couch in the game room, the property sleeps a total of eight people. The living room, every bedroom and the game room are all equipped with smart TV sets. Enjoy the cozy outside area around the the caged pool that can be heated during winter months. A brand new and fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your meals. Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are all provided as is free high speed Internet. The spacious game room with a pull out couch is a big plus. Don't miss this totally updated beauty in the Cordova Lakes neighborhood with a refreshing saltwater pool.

Dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

recommendation

The pool was not very clean, it had mold on the inside edges. The light in the first room did not work, the water in the house had a bad smell and the bathtub in the guest bathroom was clogged. Otherwise, the house had a very good atmosphere, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was very nice with all the necessary utensils for cooking. And very good location.

Nice place/broken ammenities

The house and property are very nice, good location and nice amenities…. That is… if they had been honest about the condition of the amenities. The spa is broken and clearly has been for some time. Management was alerted to that and other issues like lights and fans and such not working at the beginning of our stay, and by the end of three weeks we still paid 7k for everything to stay broken. Unfortunately for us, there is no recourse for having paid 7k for staying at a property that is NOT as advertised. Lesson learned. We will not be booking something again and paying in advance unless we can be assured the property is in the advertised condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect with shopping and restaurants within a mile or so. Our daughter was getting married at longboat key resort which was only a 30 minute drive from the house. Called management about a towel bar that was damaged upon arrival but didn't need ot repaired during our stay. Management was very courteous. Enjoyed the house very much.

The whole house is newly renovated, equipment new and clean. Sufficient bed linen and towels. Kitchen fully equipped. The location of the house makes us ideal in accessibility to the beaches, tennis academy and shops. The office responds to any questions quickly and competently! The neighbors were nice. I definitely recommend. The only small minus were the soft mattresses (to our taste)

Small issues but no deal breakers

Couch is very uncomfortable like another poster said. Bathroom outlets didn’t work. No ice maker Jacuzzi jets didn’t work. Pool was cold. Pool pump was extremely loud but they came and replaced it our last day. I would stay again if these issues were fixed.

Little things could make it so much better

When we arrived the pool was 3/4 empty, the hose was in it filling it up. There was a note left in the house that they weren’t sure what had happened, whether it was a leak or evaporation. Unless the pool had been unattended for at least a month there’s no way it was evaporation. Things happen but they never checked in to make sure the pool was ok or to check chlorination levels. It’s obviously a leak because we had to continue to refill at least once a day during our week long stay. The water pressure in the master shower is pretty much nonexistent. There are no hooks/rods to hang your washcloth in the master shower and only one rod in the bathroom to hang a towel, a couple hooks would be great! The master bedroom is a great size but the only furniture in the room is a king bed (which was great) and 2 small nightstands. A small table or a dresser needs to be added to put your stuff on. The outlets in the secondary bathroom did not work. And the fan over the outdoor seating area did not work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay overall however the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Temperature in the house would not fall below 79 during the day which made it very warm and uncomfortable. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom did not work and it made the bathroom smell mildewy. Laundry service needs to wash the blankets in all bedrooms (they were not clean upon arrival. Pest control needs to clean the excessive amount of spider webs outside hanging from the screens. We would definitely come back to this house if the AC system is in better working order. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable (couch and dining chairs )

Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber.Der Pool hatte ein Leck und wir mussten täglich Wasser nachfüllen. Die Reparatur konnte leider erst nach unserem Aufenthalt erfolgen. Die Poolfirma ist 2 mal gekommen und hat nach dem Rechten geschaut. Wir konnten den Pool dann trotzdem noch nutzen. Er war auch sehr schön warm. Am Ende erhielten wir noch eine Gutschrift aus Kulanz, für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Pool. Super Agentur ! Die Kommunikation und der Service waren toll.

Pet friendly lovely home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Anna Maria Love for 6 wks January through February 2023. The home was very nice looking and comfortable. It had a large open concept living room. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Outside there was a large lanai with a pool, hot tub, eating area and sitting area where we spent a lot of time. It also had a nice fenced in yard where my dog could run. There were some issues that previous folks did not report such as lights missing or not working, towel rack broken, a few couch pillows ripped but all were addressed promptly when we called maintenance. They could use a good can opener, a 9 x 13 pan, cookie sheet or similar sheet for pizza. Not many baking items. There were numerous good restaurants near the area, 5 to 10 minutes away and some shopping, food as well as clothing. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Like any house a few things need attention but over all the house was rather nice. A few things to me that would help out would be the garage was turned into a nice area with games and tv. The issue is that it gets really hot in there during the day and makes it not really useful during the heat of the day. A small air conditioner would help out. The home also could use some yard work. One of the main reasons I pick the house was the yard space is great for my dog. But the back yard was in really bad shape and I didn't want my dog running or playing in the yard. The location was great, everything is rather close for shopping, restaurants and even the beach.

Relaxed and Rejuvinated

Beautiful property! The pool and outside area was very relaxing and met all of our expectations. Beach was 15 minutes away and we enjoyed a couple days in the sand and sunshine. Restaurants and shopping close by. the only negative thing in the household was the living room furniture was sparse and the couch was very uncomfortable. There were a total of 5 adults staying in the house. Recommend a few more comfortable chairs added to the living room. Would recomend this peoperty to friends and family.
