Welcome to your quiet and spacious 3-bedroom rental home minutes away from Bradenton beach on Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria Island sits at the southern tip of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and located north of Longboat Key. It is best known for it's seven mile strip of beautiful beaches, world class dining and old Florida charm. Bradenton Beach, one of the 3 cities, is known for its fishing piers, sugar-sand beaches and a charming strip of shops, restaurants and other family-owned businesses. This home is located 10 minutes away from Bradenton Beach, short distance to Holmes Beach and has endless things to do nearby. Convenient to restaurants, movies, shopping and the local beaches this home is perfect for those looking to enjoy all of Bradenton/ Sarasota has to offer. Not to mention a privately fenced in backyard for those looking for additional privacy.

Your home is spacious and open with over 1500 square feet. Your instantly greeted to the living area space equipped with plenty of seating, bright and open sliding doors, a brand new couch and adjoining day chair and a large 50 in flat screen TV. The ultimate display for those lazy days or simply for relaxing after long days spent at the beach. Included with your rental is cable to enjoy all your favorite shows. Off your living space is a nice dining area with seating for six. Not to worry, there is a bonus kitchen nook that offers additional seating next to a bright open window. Your kitchen space is perfectly balanced and offers plenty of room for those looking to prepare home cooked meals instead of opting for restaurant dining. This kitchen also includes all amenities you could need during your stay with a bonus Keurig machine for your use.

Head outside to paradise, and you will find the brand new pergola installed that offers plenty of seating for the perfect outdoor entertaining.

Your master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Also, attached to the master is your own master bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom also showcases a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds perfect for those traveling with kids or additional space for those visiting during your stay. The whole house has high-speed wireless internet and soft and comfortable towels and linens are available for your use. Another bonus is the bright calming Florida room this home has to offer. This room can be opened completely up as it is air conditioned. Your garage includes a second fridge for your use as well as a washer and dryer.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

We had a great stay. The house had a nice yard for the dog and was close to parks and the beach. Restaurants, 7-11, and Walgreens all within walking distance. We had an issue the first day and the property managers were easy to work with and they fixed the issue quickly. I would stay here again.

Relaxing

We had a lovely time at the house we rented with this company. The house was large enough for 3 women and 2 small dogs. The backyard was used to enjoy the morning sun and to watch the dogs play. We would definitely rent again

Friends Reunion

Was great in every way.. So clean and comfortable. Love sitting out in the Gazebo in the evening with some wine. We did disturb the neighbors dog but they got after him right away. Felt bad for him,,,just doing his job. The experience was great from start to finish and will be doing this again in the future. Thank you for a great weekend with my best friends!!

Cabana breeze

Location is perfect to beach, restaurants and shopping. House was clean however, it could use some updating. Kitchen is well equipped. The home is very spacious. We enjoyed our time there.

restfull. close to stores

The place was very comfortable and quiet and reasonably priced. We liked the open concept with the tile floor on entering. A little maintenance is needed. Several light bulbs out and the towel rack in the master bathroom is falling off.

Only 15 minutes from some of my favorite beaches as a Floridian :) the property could use a good deep clean but we still enjoyed our 4 day stay

Very satisfied

Overall the house was very reasonably priced, comfortable, clean and well located to stores and the beach. There were plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils. The reason for the 3 star under condition is that the towel rack in the master bedroom kept falling off the wall and light bulbs were burnt out in several places. We were very comfortable there and would visit again if vacationing in the area.

Clean but disappointing

Overall the property is clean, albeit dated and somewhat run down. We loved the convenience of the location and proximity to beaches. Run by a property management group that has zero issues reminding you to take the trash to the curb. Communication was pleasant enough but was disheartened when all beach items weren’t available after being told they would be. Cooler smelled and looked like it was last used to store organs and when I inquired about a beach umbrella I was told the owner would not be providing one. Would’ve chosen a different property had I known that.

Girls Weekend

I live here in Florida. Three of my sisters from out of town came in for the weekend. The location of the home was great! 5 miles to the beach is great. (I use to live in this area). Walmart is 5 minutes away, restaurants are close. A few items that would have been nice to have at this home is a grill. There was one tiny beach towel. There were for of us adults! Luckily I had brought some from my home! There were No wash clothes at all!. We had to ho buy some. And we bought more TP since there were only 1 roll per bathroom…. The mastersuite was great except there was No mat to keep ftom sliding. Getting in the first time I almost fell, and there are No handicap bars in the shower. There are only opd towel bars…. Then I almost fell again getting out. That was a very slippery tile. There were No keurig pods for coffees. Make sure you bring your own. Even having just a few would have been nice.if you are looking gor a laundy pod they are in witj kitchen packet with the dishwasher pods! Which we didn’t find until our last night there.We did have a great time making memories staying here. The decor gave us a few laughs…

LAX Tournament

We were in town for the 2023 Presidents Cup LAX tournament. This property offered a great location and everything was very well kept. Overall wonderful experience at an extremely affordable price. We will definitely look to stay here again should we return for next year’s tournament.

Home- like Get-a-way

Staying in a house was so much more relaxing and home like than a hotel. The house is as the picture show. All kitchen items were not there that were listed; knew that may be the case. The beach is a ten minute drive west of the property. The house felt secure as did the neighborhood. My only misgiving is the cleanliness of this property did not meet the implied high standard in the online listing. For the high cleaning fee, I was disappointed. We would likely stay here again.

Home like get-a-way

The property is as listed. Not all kitchen items listed were in the home; as I suspected would be. Ten minutes drive to beautiful beaches. House and neighborhood felt safe. Text messages to the property managers were responded to quickly. My only misgiving is the cleanliness of this property were not at the implied standard in the listing and in literature left at the property. Property manager offered to come in to reclean but I had already performed the work. We would likely rent this property again.

Terrible cleanliness and communication

This is the worst property and service I’ve worked with. 1st: although the reservation was made through VRBO it’s GolfCoast property that manages it so when you ask a question is falls on deaf ears, all you get is auto messages. 2nd: My family had to leave after the 2nd day of a four day stay because water kept coming through the front door floor, electric problems and stained bed sheets and towels.I forwarded pictures to management and respectfully requested a refund to help with our alternative stay, they refused and took no responsibility for this property, they said you rent as is. Don’t be fooled and rent here or from GulfCoast properties.

Let's be honest

I don't like doing reviews. But here you go . This location was perfect for my family needs . My mother is elderly and has difficulties walk . A ranch style home was exactly what we needed . This home has 3 bedrooms . 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and the primary bedroom has it's own bathroom . I mentioned this first because the primary bedroom has it own wing . Which was perfect for us . The home's location was surprisingly accurate to its advertisement. Mins from the beach ⛱️ mins from stores and restaurants . And a short 5min ride to IMG. Everything was as advertised. NOW of course the downside ( not a deal breaker ) but for some of you it maybe depending on your preference. The house screams (UPDATE ME PLEASE) the kitchen is functional. And they have dishes pots and pans available for cooking.Decent size kitchen with a small eat-in table. We discovered a white flim on some the dishes. We rinse them off not a big deal. The bedrooms all need updating. Don't expect much there. One room has two twin beds another has a full-size bed . The primary has a queen-size bed. Dont expect much there either. FYI (Bedding-pillows and a good mattress) sells return visits people . They have 3 TV though out the home if that's important to you ( FYI none of the remotes had batteries) I called and complained about it. The service guy/service desk. Said they would send out batteries.(batteries never showed up) WiF works. Not sure what your expecting.This place is 3stars at best.
