Oceanside getaway

This will be my third staying, and it was a 5/5 stars. It had all the amenities needed for a full week stay. It was very clean, and well updated. I really enjoy the location, and how it was across the street from the beach so it was in walking distance. Check in was very easy as well! Very pleased and will be returning in the future. It’s like a home away from home!

At check-in, the condo wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival from the previous renters. I notified the property manager and it was cleaned within a couple of hours. We just hung out at the beach and had dinner so it wasn't that big of deal. We appreciated how urgently the matter was handled. The condo and property was nice. The master bathroom toilet makes a terrible noise sometimes when filling which was quite alarming the first time it did it. The toilet tank just needs a new fill valve. The parking garage and private beach access was nice as well. Overall a very enjoyable property and stay. The condo not being cleaned when we got there kinda sucked but I get it, accidents happen and it was handled promptly.

Comfortable, fresh and clean

Accommodations were spacious, fresh, high quality and clean. Short walk to beach. Pool and common area very nice. Elevator was out of order and owner was proactive and accommodating. Owner and agent very responsive.

Excellent condo

Very nice condo. Well stocked kitchen. Linens were nice quality. Clean and quiet. Owners were awesome to work with. Would highly recommend this condo.

Absolutely amazing

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Checking in was a breeze. The condo was so nice inside, very clean & comfortable. Plenty to do with the board games & beach toys in the hall closet. Condo was equipped with everything we needed to run the dishwasher, along with the washer & dryer. We were here for our son’s football tournament, and the management team for the condo (Evolve) was so accommodating. We found out my son’s last game was at 6pm on the day we check out. I spoke with Brooke & Dan, and they worked with us to stay in the condo for a few extra hours! It made the stress & anxiety of getting out the door, and having no where to go for several hours, with little kids minimal. I honestly can’t think them enough. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone! And looks like any units/condos being managed by Evolve would be the best to rent from!

Great Property poor check in instructions

The property and complex were exactly what and where we wanted. The instructions given to us gave us the wrong gate code and we had to wait until someone else came in to get through. Once we did we were given the wrong door code and had to call the manager who called us back with correct code. On day 2 we received parking citations on both cars as we had no parking permit. No mention anywhere of needing parking permit and none in book in condo. I again called property manager but never received return call. Great condo/property but would be easier to deal with property owners than 3rd party company.

I highly recommend

The property and the unit is very clean and comfortable. The beach is across the street. Communication between owner and manager was prompt. We enjoyed our stay. We ate out, we cooked. I would book this condo again.

Perfect stay!

Loved the quiet location steps from the beach. Condo was spacious and clean. Easy commute to our daughter in college in Daytona and to the Orlando airport.

Great stay!

Our a family of six just finished up a fantastic stay at this great condo in New Smyrna. The location is extra quiet, and the screened porch made it extremely pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view over the marsh. Local contact, Brooke was extremely helpful and responsive and actually reached out to us as we were heading down to let us know the code for the gate had been changed. We love Oceanwalk and definitely look forward to staying there again.

Great location. Quiet, spacious and convenient

We stayed with our teens for spring break and it was perfect. The space was well appointed, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet, serene balcony for coffee and amazing sunsets. We cooked, beached, pooled and played games. Loved it and will be back.

Room was Great getting into Property not so great

The Property and location were great. There were a few issues with getting onto the property. The gate code never worked we had to ask another person coming in what the code was and it worked. We tried to get into the condo and the code did not work we had to call and get an updated code. The email gave us a 5 digit code and it should have been a 4 digit code to get in The AC control batteries were dead and we had to use the batteries from the remote because it was Thanksgiving and nothing was open to get them. Everytime we tried to set the air it reverted back to 75 degrees we were told to set the air on 78 we did and it reverted back to 75. Other than these few items it was a nice place and if we stayed there again i would ask to double check the codes befpre we got there.

Long weekend in NSB

Nice property, accommodating property manager. Had a little issue with the gate code changing from what we were given and scared because we did not arrive until close to midnight but manager responded to our call immediately and got us the right code. Place was spacious, had supplies we needed, two of beds were very comfortable. Loved that you had a Brooks sound machine-as someone who needs a fan to sleep, this is huge for us (we pre Ted the property because we saw a fan in the pics but it was only an outdoor fan-the sound machine did the trick though!). Used the gym twice (small but no one really there) and enjoyed the walk through the marshes on the property’s wooden walkway). Great beach and would stay here again. Nice small touches provided and we are super picky do that says alot!

This place was fantastic for our family! Clean, spacious, and access to everything!

My two kids, Mom, hubby and I stayed here and had a wonderful stay. The place lives up to the photos online - it is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need for fun at the beach, the pool, the tennis/basketball courts, and just relaxing for some downtime (whether inside the living room area or out on the balcony). It also was quiet which was great for having kids along. Highly recommend staying here.

Super clean, spacious condo!

I will say this is hands down one of my favorite VRBO’s we’ve stayed at and we travel a LOT! This condo had every single thing we needed plus more. Loved how tech friendly it was and was super impressed with the cleanliness. The condo was very spacious, the sectional was so comfortable and the bed was so cozy! Would definitely stay here again!

The place is comfortable, clean and I would stay here again

Husband and I enjoyed the peace and serenity of the home. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the beach is nice. The neighbors are kind. Restaurants are nearby. Thanks to Brooke for being there at a moments notice to assist us in every way.
