Welcome to Blue Harbour Villa, a peaceful two-bedroom hillside villa at Hideaways Resort in Exuma, ideal for couples or friends travelling together who value privacy, comfort, and walkable resort amenities. This bungalow-style villa features two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own full private ensuite, offering comfort and separation for adult travellers, or guests with older children.
The villa includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an air fryer, blender, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and full-size refrigerator—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evenings in. An in-suite washer and dryer is available for light laundry during longer stays. Fresh interior paint and upgraded outdoor decks add to the clean, well-maintained feel of the space.
One of Exuma’s most popular beaches, Jolly Hall Beach, is just an 8-minute walk away, known for its soft white sand and calm turquoise water. Guests also enjoy access to the oceanfront resort pool, located directly along the shoreline, with excellent oceanfront snorkelling just steps away. A Beautiful Slice of Paradise!

My wife and I along with my daughter and her fiance traveled to Exuma for a spectacular week of fun in the sun and enjoyed the crystal clear waters of the islands. The people were friendly and the accommodations were wonderful.
Lots of swimming in the gorgeous waters.

Little heaven in Exuma

This accommodation is in the heart of Exuma so you are close to the centre making it easier for shopping ect. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen!! Also had beach chairs, cooler, ice pack and some beach accessories which were very useful! The owner responds very quickly and bends over backwards to accommodate you! Will definitely be back!

Charming Hillside Retreat

We had a fabulous stay at Marinas place at Hideaways. Everything was as described, clean and well maintained. The hillside location was very quiet and peaceful. Very short walk to Splash and the beach. Would definitely recommend this villa to others. Don’t miss out on this charming little gem.

Cute townhouse in a great location

We absolutely enjoyed this townhouse. IT was a short ride to grocery and shopping. Gorgeous beaches within a short walk. I would definitely stay here again. Marina was so accommodating and always responded quickly. She gave us so many tips and ideas.

Perfect location!

This villa was in the perfect location, close to Georgetown and the Fish Fry. Having access to Hideaways was wonderful. Jolly Hall beach is one of the best on the island. The villa was well equipped and comfortable for our group of 2 couples. Marina was so helpful with our many questions! We hope to be back one day soon!

Super clean great location

Marina's villa is in a perfect central location, and was super clean! Perfect for our family of 4. Helpful extras like coolers, beach chairs and small appliances in the kitchen. Furniture was dated but comfortable and clean. Marina was very responsive during our trip, and the housekeeper/caretaker and Hideaways staff also checked up on us and helped with anything we needed!

Would absolutely come back!

We had the best time in Exuma and enjoyed this location immensely. The property owner was a sweetheart to work with and communicated so efficiently with us and gave helpful pointers and info regarding excursions as well as a taxi driver (who incidentally was also amazing)! We feel blessed to have found such a great place. Beds were comfortable, people were kind, there was air conditioning, games to play and even sunscreen, bug spray and aloe Vera on hand in the unit. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

This was our first trip to Exuma and certainly will not be our last. Beautiful island and beautiful people. Our accommodations and host were amazing. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. Our host was just the greatest. I honestly can’t come up with one negative thing to say about either. I would HIGHLY recommend! We will be booking here again on our next trip. Thank you Marina for everything 🙂

My son ended traveling without me. Safe was my concerns. The location and the place was actually very safe, comfortable, a lot information. Great walking distance restaurants and bar. I was very happy he was safe and confortable. Everything was as described and clean. Thank you. We will back again!

Look No Further-Location is terrific!

We stayed 5/30-6/6 at Marina’s place and it was terrific! It is a short walk to Hideaway's and to one of the best beaches-Jolly Hall. It was equipped for everything you need for cooking and enjoying the beach-beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler. Also, some pool floats. The beds were comfortable and very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit for small loads. We enjoyed the restaurant Splash at Hideaways which was convenient. You are able to use the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. There is also some snorkeling in front of the resort which was convenient. Georgetown was only a couple of miles from her location, gas station, grocery store, and shops. I highly recommend her place! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Enjoyed stay at Hideaways and first visti to Exuma.

We found everything to run smoothly, rental car through Thompsons and response by on-site property managers. We were disappointed we could not get the living room TV to work, though we used our personal Netflix. One bedroom TV had local channels. One bedroom had stained sheets, my only complaint really. Overall we liked Hideaways and the location to other areas of the island. Thank you for adding in the beach chairs. We used those every day. Hoping the rest of the roads are widened and paved before our next visit. Potholes were awful and driving precarious.

Disappointing

First and foremost, there is no ocean view, the listing is very misleading. This property is opposite side of the street from the ocean all the way in the back. Experienced several maintenance issues. The owner acknowledged she was aware of these issues but hasn’t addressed them…. Major saftey concern immediately noticed with the front door. The jam gap was so wide the door just plucked open no password/key required. Bedroom: Balcony off bedroom, 1 chair, no view (falsely stated there was) lights flicker to the point they need to be off (worse than disco) Door knob is very loose,ready to fall off 2nd Bedroom: Remote control didn’t work King bed rather than 2 twins Kitchen: lights flicker to the point they need to be off, another disco. (Leaving a dark room all the time) Living room: TV didn’t work, no internet When contacting the owner, she was very responsive. Acknowledge she knew about the issue but hadn’t addressed them yet. Then why make the place available to me if it wasn’t up to par..? No money was refunded despite the security concern and lack of use of even lights. I was told I was given a certificate for a drink at Splash. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t available then it was check out. Overall very disappointing.

I love this neighbourhood because it offers the best of both worlds, peaceful and private, yet close to everything you need. The villa sits on a quiet hillside, which gives it a calm, relaxed feel, while still being just a short three-minute walk to the main part of Hideaways Resort across the highway.
The layout of the villa was a big draw for me. With two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, it’s perfect for couples travelling together or friends who want both shared space and privacy. One bedroom opens onto a small private deck, and the front deck is a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
What I enjoy most is how connected the area feels without being busy. Most days are wonderfully quiet, but on weekends you may hear the distant sounds of music from the nearby Fish Fry, which adds a bit of local character and reminds you that you’re truly in Exuma.
Guests also enjoy full access to Hideaways amenities, including the pool, water toys, and the convenient shuttle service into Georgetown. All of this makes the villa more than just a place to stay, it’s a comfortable, well-located base for enjoying everything the beautiful Exumas have to offer.
