Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 story villa with ocean view Just steps from the beach. Situated in The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club, Exuma Bahamas. Guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities including kayaks, pedal boats, paddle boards, pool, and a shuttle to and from town. Upon entering Villa 36 you will find two full master bedrooms with king sized beds. Venturing up to the second story you will find cathedral style ceilings with full kitchen, laundry facilities and half bath. Sit out on the deck and experience the gorgeous view overlooking St. Elizabeth Harbor which has different shades of beautiful turquoise water. Location is walking distance to Georgetown and multiple restaurants including splash, latitudes and the local fish fry. Guests can take advantage of the resorts shuttle to and from Georgetown granting access to the grocery store, straw market, gift shops, and restaurants. You will find Jolly Hall Beach just steps around the corner where you can enjoy an ice cold beverage on one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches and have a pool like swimming experience. AMAZING! You will need very little if you stay here, they have really thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The resort community is so charming as well and it comes with beautiful views! Most of our stay, the ocean was as calm as a lake making the floating, paddle boarding and kayaking so easy. Saw stingrays, turtles and so many starfish right off the resort beach. We had to postpone our original trip due to Hurricane Melissa and Elizabeth was so wonderful, accommodating and helpful! The beauty of Exuma is so unreal, we will absolutely be back and will be staying here if at all possible!

The hideaways is absolutely perfect! We loved every moment of our stay from the picturesque stunning views from the porch, friendly staff, and great meals/drinks at Splash restaurant on site. Elizabeth’s condo is truly accommodating! There is everything needed to cook, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach towels, and so much more! We will definitely be returning to Exuma. We had such a memorable trip!!

Our first time to Exuma and we could not have picked a better place to stay! The condo was perfect for our needs - steps away from the ocean with an amazing view from the porch. Watched the sun rise every morning and mostly had the beach to myself. We walked to Jolly Hall Beach. The unit is stocked with everything you could need - coolers, snorkel gear although we brought our own - floats - all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped although we only made coffee. The onsite restaurant was OK - nice to have in a pinch and the pizza was really good! With the beautiful beaches we never made it to the pool. Close to town and a number of restaurants - grocery store not far - and everyone we met on the island was very nice. Not sure why we thought 4 days was enough but we will definitely be back and we have already recommended this unit to several people.

Paradise! Words can’t describe this place and the view. Absolutely stunning! Walk to Jolly Beach which is gorgeous. Splash restaurant is fantastic. The pool is great. The property is clean and well maintained. Everything you need is there. Elizabeth is great! This was our first time to Exuma and The Hideaways and we WILL be back!

Great location. Fully stocked house with all you need and more! Friendly staff. Restaurants within walking distance. The best snorkeling right outside the door! We hope to be back again someday soon!

A hidden gem! Perfect location, beautiful view, nice facilities. The condo provided many amenities and that helped tremendously because we didn’t have to purchase the small things like spices and condiments. We didn’t partake in any of the activities at the resort other than the beach but there were several available like paddle boards, kayaks and a pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! The owner was very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful beachfront villa- must stay!

I can’t say enough great things about villa 36. So beautiful, well furnished, so much coffee (love it), sunscreens, snorkel masks, tons of towels and everything you could possibly need under the sun (quite literally in Exuma). Best is it’s right at the ocean and it’s quiet and accessible. Hideaways is a the perfect hide away place. Personal, quaint, private yet accessible and has everything needed. I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on exuma than villa 36. We will be back for sure!

The property was amazing and had incredible views of the water. The balcony was priceless, as you can just sit and watch the water. The location is right on the beach (Hideaways is on its own beachfront) and also a short walk to the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen, Jolly Hall. Very thankful to Elizabeth for being so helpful and communicative, and for sharing her beautiful property with us for our trip. We are already making plans to return.

Spring Break 2025

Mere footsteps away from the beach, the Hideaways was the perfect location for our family trip. During our stay (and adventuring to various different beaches) we found that the best snorkeling was right in front of our place. We saw nurse sharks, sting rays, turtles, starfish and conch. Our villa had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Pool toys, floaters, snorkeling masks and fins. Ample bug repellents, sunscreens, aloe, etc. The kitchen was fully supplied-though we ate out most evenings, it was nice having the amenities to fix our boys lunch. The balcony was just beautiful. On the grounds were a really yummy restaurant Splash. Breakfast lunch and dinner served. The clubhouse was great to spend a lazy afternoon playing pool, reading, ping pong. The pool was clean with paddle boards and kayaks free to use. We slept well all of our nights in the villa. Truly felt like a home away from home. Elizabeth, our host, was so accommodating and welcoming and was thoughtful to check in with us. All in all, so many memories were made on this trip. It’s so important to have a place to stay where you feel comfortable and safe and the hideaways villa was just that.

Property was awesome and had all the basic amenities you need. Property manager was on-site and very responsive when we needed her. The property is also located mid-island, so getting to any location is only about 45 minutes away.her. her.

Wonderful stay!

Elizabeth is a great host with amazing communication. The villa is exactly as described. Comfortable place with everything you’d need. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking your own meals. I appreciate when there are spices and extra condiments left as well, which there were here. The views from the deck are spectacular especially for the sunrise! Highly recommend renting this villa!

We loved our stay! Elizabeth was a great communicator and was sure to give us recommendations, connections, etc. for the island. The beds/bedding were super comfortable (a must for me!)! Plenty of space to spread out, and the villa was fully stocked. Perfect location on the beach. We would love to come back!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time at Elizabeht's villa. She was easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. The villa was very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, kitchen supplies, etc. Another fantastic trip to Exumas!

A slice of paradise

Elizabeth was an amazing host, she took incredible care of us. The home was spotless and incredibly well stocked. We rented a grill from the property and did most of our own cooking and she had everything we needed. Elizabeth also has everything you need for a beach trip- from coolers, to chairs, to snorkel gear, to a frisbee and volleyball! She also had bug spray and sunscreen. The location is perfect. Close to town, to jolly hall - the most stunning beach (5min walk), and to Georgetown. Everything was perfect and we can not wait to go back!

This is THE place to stay in the Exumas

Our hosts were communicative, answered our questions quickly, and anticipated every need/want while in the Exumas. Our villa was much larger than I expected - with plenty of space in bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, hallway, living area, balcony, kitchen, and laundry room. There was a great amount of attention to detail. The Hideaways offers paddle board and kayak rentals - we could see sea turtles, tropical fish and starfish steps from our villa. A few minutes walk away is the gorgeous Jolly Beach. With nearby restaurants, a clubhouse and a pool, we couldn’t ask for more. The villa is well furnished with a phenomenal amount of amenities, and we could have spent the entire trip on the balcony overlooking the palm trees, beach and water. It was truly a perfect vacation rental!

This is a great place with an amazing view and location. The owner is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with and went far above and beyond with information to help us with our vacation. I would definitely stay here again! The employees that work onsite are all amazing as well!

A little piece of paradise

Due to some unfortunate circumstances- no fault of owner we were unable to stay our entire visit. With numerous times of communication with owner and another member of my party we were able to be moved to another villa on the property. Only thing i would suggest to owner is please provide toilet paper, the rest of the rental was stocked perfectly.
