Please note - the Beach Park is currently closed for reconstruction. HOWEVER - The Bonita Bay Condo Association has set up an alternative plan so that residents can continue to access the beach during this time. Beginning Monday, April 15, the BBCA Shuttle Buses will provide transportation to and from two different locations along Bonita Beach: Lovers Key and Doc’s Beach House.

Approximately 20 minutes from RSW (Fort Myers) International and 45 minutes from PGD (Punta Gorda) airports.

Bonita Bay’s three waterfront parks - Estero Bay Park, Riverwalk Park and Spring Creek Park offer a variety of activities and experiences including tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, fitness trails, playgrounds, picnic pavilions and BBQ grills. The kayaks at Spring Creek Park are available on a first come-first serve basis and are reserved at the North gate.

For guests staying 30 days or longer who would like to bring or rent a boat, docking is available on a first come first serve basis. A reservation form must be submitted in advance of check-in. Boat trailers are to be stored or parked off property. Bonita Bay does not provide trailer storage.

Please note, this condo does not include any golf or social memberships. Any Bonita Bay Club amenities such as the Club dining, Lifestyle Center, Spa, Salon, etc. that require membership are not available to guests of this condo.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Just outside the gates of Bonita Bay you'll find the Promenade, with some of the area's finest dining and during season, a weekly Farmer's Market that you won't want to miss. Beyond that, you are minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, and some of the locals' favorite shopping, restaurants, bars, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable.
