Our beautiful vacation home is located just a short walk from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. But, if you're looking to take a break from the sun and sand, our home has plenty of amenities to keep you entertained.

Elegantly remodeled and decorated home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room.

Enjoy our brand new salt water heated pool hot tub in the middle of a fenced in oasis of fruit trees and your own private putting green.

Awesome stay and great backyard!

Such a cute house and the backyard is just as advertised! Loved the pool. Lots of beach chairs and very comfy beds. Kenny was a super responsive host!

Great SW FL getaway

Great house, clean, well stocked with vacation essentials. Backyard is amazing and we got to enjoy the pool everyday of our trip. Perfect location.

My wife and I stayed for three nights. The house was great. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. There were two bikes in the garage and we rode to the beach and to nearby restaurants. We definitely want to go back

Gorgeous Backyard Oasis

Great location

Very cute house that is close to Vanderbilt Beach & great shopping & restaurants. While you can rent chairs & umbrellas at the beach it was so nice being able to use the beach chairs provided.

Great spot

The pool, the yard, and proximity to the beach were perfect for our getaway. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Kenny was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will plan to stay here again.

Beach Cottage

Very comfortable and beautiful accommodations! The pool and hot tub outside area is beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others!! Would definitely return!!

Amazing oasis

We had such a great stay at this great oasis in Naples Park! This house covered all of the little details for a great vacation! We loved the warm hot tub on cool mornings/evenings, floated all day in the pool, friendly wagers over putting games, and shared meals overlooking it all in privacy! Kenny was prompt with responses and check in/check out were simple! A great stay!

Hidden little gem!

We were 2 couples travelling to Naples to play golf for 5 days. This little home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and the backyard pool/hot tub was amazing! Neighbourhood was safe and very close to the beach, great dining at Marcoto and so much more. Thanks so much Kenny for helping us enjoy our little getaway that much more by sharing your house.

Charming little home

Kenny should be a super host because his response to anything and everything was spectacular. The house was fully equipped to make our stay easy and comfortable. The kids loved the backyard area. We did s’mores one night over the fire pit and we never heard any of the neighbors which was nice. Thanks for the great stay!

Babymoon

This was our first time in Naples and we were so happy we chose it for our babymoon. We both left so relaxed. We went swimming everyday in the pool and had lunch every day in the yard. We walked every morning (about 15 minutes) to the beach. The beach was still being worked on from Hurricane Ian damage so we were happy to stay by the pool. Such a quiet and quaint place to stay!

Exactly as Described

This home was great for our three weeks stay. Backyard was perfect, weather wasn’t great for the pool but we used the hot tub every day. Very walkable neighborhood for our dog. Walked to Vanderbilt beach a bunch. Would definitely rent again. Very very responsive owner.

Great backyard

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly and it was so convenient to have a remote to turn them off and on depending on our plans. The beach was a little walk but not bad. It’s worth watching the sunset there. Down the street was a Whole Foods and a really nice outdoor shopping area called Mercato. If you want to experience a local watering hole, check out the North Naples Country Club. (It’s not what you think!)

4 night stay - not long enough!

Having never been to Florida’s gulf coast before, we chose this house due to the private pool and it’s proximity to Naples and beaches. I’m always a little bit apprehensive when booking a rental, we’ve had some great experiences and the odd not-so-great, but this definitely fell into the ‘great’ category! Communication with the owner and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. House is nice and spacious with two bathrooms, and the outdoor area and pool were great for hanging out during the day and bbqs in the evening. Also loved the local area. Highlight was Wiggins Pass beach, lots of natural shade, warm sea and white sand. Naples was a shortish drive but there’s also a good choice of restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. After four nights, we drove up to Orlando to visit the parks, but honestly we all agreed that we wished we’d stayed here for another couple of nights!

Christmas Vacation

The house was very accommodating and comfortable. We spent a lot of quality time in the hot tub, on the putting green, and around the fire pit. We were hoping to swim in the pool, but it was a little chilly for us. My husband and I were there with our 16 year old son and we found the beautiful backyard very relaxing and entertaining. The location is great as we were able to visit a couple different local beaches and restaurants around the house. We were close enough to venture out to Fort Myers and Marco Island for day trips of shopping and great food. I saw a review about the construction next door and the porta-potty is still there, but we honestly didn’t notice unless we were backing in or out of the driveway. There is no need to spend time out front with the beauty of the backyard. Highly recommend staying here, we had a fabulous stay.

Near the Beach

My wife and I quite enjoyed our 3 week stay. Weather was hot and we walked to the beach every morning and made friends there. Kenny was very responsive and sent us a brand new high end barbeque when we notified him that the current one had issues. Beds were comfortable and back yard spectacular. Pool very warm with spots of shade to hide from the sun. Three beautiful tv sets that we had some difficulty with as we are in our 70’s and used to basic cable. Not a big deal. The living room couch was the only negative that I could find. We certainly would consider Kenny’s place for future visits. It is close to the Venetian Mall which has spectacular Shops and restaurants on a lively bay. Actually , we also went to a lot of nice restaurants in the area we stayed in and none let us down. Gelato shop and Italian restaurant near Publix were must visits. Golfers can drive 10 minutes on Vanderbilt Drive to Spanish Wells golf club where they pair you up with other groups as quickly as you like. Nice facility.

Sanctuary home

Mostly enjoyable stay. Great proximity to the beach. The large, beautiful pool was refreshing to swim in. We loved that it was treated with saltwater rather than traditional chlorine. We appreciated that the house came stocked with the basic necessities that we would need for the week (paper towel, nice hand soap, kitchen supplies, cleaner etc).Even a few candles and lots of books to read and some games were a great touch. We also enjoyed the pool and beach gear that were available (although we were really wishing there would have been a beach umbrella to use!). Home and décor was somewhat dated and worn. We had to deal with a handful of millipedes inside the home. There was no LED umbrella in the pool as shown in the listing pictures. There was a fair amount of construction going on at the neighboring homes. Including a portapotty in the neighbors yard that was quite visible during our stay. Owner cant control that, but it is part of the experience in staying here. There was a few random piles of dog poo in the back yard. We found the toothbrush of a previous guest in the medicine cabinet. Owner was responsive to us during our stay.

Anniversary Trip !

The location is great. The backyard is private and quite a few things to do if you want to have a “stay at home” day on your vacation. Kenny is very helpful and prompt in replying. We are planning on going back next year.

Peaceful and comfortable vacation

The pictures didn't do the place justice. Its in a great location to the beach and local amenenties. We spent most of our week vacation swimming in the pool and having family meals together. It was a great vacation and I would love to bring our family back.

This is a family owned property. We absolutely LOVE this house and wish we can live here full time! We rent this property so people can enjoy it as much as we do! We take all the necessary precautions to ensure the house is clean and safe, just as we would want for our family.

What isn't there to like about a house that has been completely remodeled head to toe. The inside is as cute as the outside, and the backyard is just amazing. Whether it is enjoying it during the day for the sun and playing some putt putt, or really turning the music and lights on at night, you cannot go wrong. Did I mention you are walking distance to the golf of Mexico! There isn't a nicer beach in the USA!

We are less than 1 mile away from the beach. But what makes us unique is, you never even leave. There is no better backyard in Naples Park to enjoy your day.
