Overall the stay was amazing! It was our first time to Arkansas and it seriously was breathtaking! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the communication with the host was not the best best and we had 3 rolls of toilet paperFor 6 people for 5 days and they weren’t even full rolls. ( I definitely could have overlooked the over stock of it somewhere though). Other than that, highly recommend this beautiful home!

Peaceful Stay

This property was really great for our family. Check in & check out was a breeze. They have everything you need in this home. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils to cook meals. The pantry has lots of useful items as well. This property is very secluded, surrounded by beautiful forests. Nothing but peace and quiet the entire stay! When we arrived the house was spotless and immaculately kept. It is exactly as listed. This place was pretty much perfect. There were a few spiders in the home that we had to kill, but that is to be expected in such a wooded area and the location of the property is quite a ways from Hot Springs. There are stores (Wal-Mart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Sonic, Subway, MacDonalds, etc.) but you have to navigate lots of hill and curves to get there. It is a gated community and the stores are located right outside of EastGate & West Gate. Without GPS we would never have found our way in and out. If you rent this property be sure that you know how to get to East Gate and West Gate. Overall it was one of the best vacations we've had and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stay & play golf

The vrbo house was nice and "as advertised". It had a good air conditioner. We cooked steaks on the back-patio grill. I would rent this house again.

The Perfect Home for the 2024 Solar Eclipse

This home was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for hanging out and spending time together, cooking and eating, and sleeping for 8 adults & 4 kids! This home was the BEST equipped & stocked of all we’ve ever rented. Very clean & great décor. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, washcloths, soaps, and more. The open Kitchen/Den was amazing and WELL STOCKED with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Plenty of places for eating: 8 stools around countertop plus 2 tables with chairs. Tons of storage everywhere! Huge pantry. The MBR/bath were great; walk-in closet. One BR downstairs is like another MBR with a huge den included. The washer & dryer were handy, The 2-car garage was large enough to fit a minivan and an SUV, and the driveway another minivan and SUV. We spent a lot of time on the front and rear decks. The firepit in the backyard was awesome and we roasted marshmallows and sat around a fire a couple of nights. The wooded area around the home made it feel like we were camping but with all the luxuries of a home. We hiked around the home several days either walking along the streets or venturing into the woods. Customer service and contact/communication was great. Minor TV issue resolved within 15 minutes of texting property manager. This home is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, very roomy, functional, comfortable, and peaceful. We would choose this home again given the opportunity and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Hot Springs AR area!

Perfect for family reunion!

Covered by a high vaulted ceiling, surrounded with picture windows overlooking the woods, and warmed by an inviting gas log fireplace, an open gathering area provided a wonderful setting for meal prep, conversation and happy and energetic interchange. Included were two tables, kitchen bar seating for 8, and a cozy living room. There was ample storage area for clothing and personal items though out the home and everyone reported comfortable beds and excellent sleep! We appreciated the thoughtful touches and pleasant decor. We will be back!

Great Place

We decided on a whim to meet here for our family Christmas celebration. It worked perfectly for our family. Plenty of room to spread out when needed, but mostly a great living space to hang out together.

Excellent Rental!

The house was beautiful and a great place to relax after spending the day in downtown Hot Springs! It was more than enough space for the 9 of us. It was a little further away from downtown than expected, but it was worth the wait.

My sister's and I are the ones who stayed at the rental. We had a great time doing things out and about. We did have a little trouble making the TV work. We only got the one in the living room to work. We found everything else in the house in good working order.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had plenty of cooking utensils which was nice for older men fixing their own meals. Convenient to all 4 courses we played. Host was very accommodating on our arrival.

Things to consider

Need to rearrange the coach (that makes you sit with your back to the tv) so people can watch tv. Need to put a cover on the electrical switch downstairs so that no one turns the tv off upstairs while people are watching. Need a closet or armoire in the downstairs bedroom. No place to hang clothes.
