Very pleasant and quiet!!

I was very pleased with this house. It was a very secluded area, which I loved. Me and my children were able to sit outside by the fire pit and make smores, without disturbing anyone, that was very fun. The owners were super nice and helpful when I needed it. Very nice place for a short vacation with family.

Overall the stay was amazing! It was our first time to Arkansas and it seriously was breathtaking! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the communication with the host was not the best best and we had 3 rolls of toilet paperFor 6 people for 5 days and they weren’t even full rolls. ( I definitely could have overlooked the over stock of it somewhere though). Other than that, highly recommend this beautiful home!

Perfect for family reunion!

Covered by a high vaulted ceiling, surrounded with picture windows overlooking the woods, and warmed by an inviting gas log fireplace, an open gathering area provided a wonderful setting for meal prep, conversation and happy and energetic interchange. Included were two tables, kitchen bar seating for 8, and a cozy living room. There was ample storage area for clothing and personal items though out the home and everyone reported comfortable beds and excellent sleep! We appreciated the thoughtful touches and pleasant decor. We will be back!

Family Oriented Home!

I absolutely love this home and location. It was secluded away from neighbors so our kids was able to enjoy the huge fire pit with laughter and playing.If you love your family around you while your cooking, this home is the right pick for you. I love the kitchen and dining area.. the natural lighting and farmhouse charm was everything our family needed and wanted. The home was very clean and spacious. The owners really thought hard about pleasing others by creating a hotel experience in a great home. If you have kids 5 and younger you may want to bring a small kids safety gate, because the stairs are straight and younger may need to be assisted when going up and down them.(they have a rail and sturdy)

Things to consider

Need to rearrange the coach (that makes you sit with your back to the tv) so people can watch tv. Need to put a cover on the electrical switch downstairs so that no one turns the tv off upstairs while people are watching. Need a closet or armoire in the downstairs bedroom. No place to hang clothes.
