this is a perfect property for you!
**The Space**
Great two bedroom, two bathroom condominium on the 4th floor with views from
the balcony facing the Continental Divide and Village area. The kitchen has
granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, desk nook in the living
area, and a dining area too.
**The Bedroom**
The master bedroom has a a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
A sleeper sofa pulls out in the living area for additional sleeping.
Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your
fingertips with these slope side accommodation.
Additional Notes for Parking
Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be
made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access
per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you
will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We
recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room
key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front
Desk to grab a key to park.
