Esta unidad de Trailhead Lodge está ubicada en el corazón de Winter Park. Esta unidad del segundo piso ofrece un excelente lugar de vacaciones para sus grupos de hasta 10 personas en cualquier época del año. Ubicado junto al Centro de eventos Rendezvoux, está a poca distancia de los numerosos eventos de verano que se celebran en el centro de Winter Park. Las paradas de autobús de Lyft están convenientemente ubicadas en las cercanías para hablar con usted sobre la base de la montaña, la base Mary Jane, Fraser o Tabernash.

El condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios completos, cada uno con camas King. También hay una sala de literas con 4 camas individuales adicionales que brindan más cuartos de dormir para su grupo. Si eso no es suficiente, también hay un sofá cama que puede alojar a 2 personas adicionales. The host was very receptive and communicated very fast! The only thing that would have been better was a book with a few tips/instructions about things in the home. I hated to bother the host with questions! Perfect location to get around and the unit had everything needed!

Whenever we go to Winter Park we always stay in this condo. The location is perfectly centered in town, easily walkable to Hideaway Park and the best restaurants in town.The condo has everything you need for a fantastic mountain stay, and the hosts are super nice. We will be back!

The condo was lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped. The condo was very clean. The location was in the heart of the city, which was so convenient.Items to note....The blinds in one of the bedrooms were broken which caused the other couple not to stay with us due to privacy issues. The owner said these were in the process of being replaced.There was an elevator at the property but it was not working. My husband and I are seniors....it was difficult to carry all of our luggage up the flight of stairs and we would have appreciated a working elevator.

Wonderful property right off the main road. Good pool and hot tub, pool table in the clubhouse. The bunk room was great for the kids. Wait until after check in to grocery shop, the Safeway Club cards provided really helpful save some money!

Nice stay

Nice property, location close to restaurants shops. Not many supplies, toilet paper was one role only, no laundry detergent so bring your own supplies. We had to open the windows for air which the breeze and temps were great, the downside is the noise is a lot, so many dogs barking from 5 am on and you can hear everyone’s conversations, not very private. The elevator was broken so carrying lots of luggage up a few flights of stairs was inconvenient. The host responded whenever we texted right away. Bed was comfortable. Parking was right out front. We enjoyed our stay other than the noise factor, over all it was a pleasant place to spend a few nights.

Great place

The host was amazing to work with and she has everything you need for convenience. The apartment was clean, large, cozy, comfortableBeds, and a great set up. The kids loved the bunk beds, pool, and hot tub. The pool is heated. The location is right in the center of town and you can walk to restaurants, trails, and entertainment. It was a quick 2 min drive to the alpine slide and ski resort. Grocery stores within walking or driving distance. We will come back here if we return to Winter Park.

Lovely property in a terrific location

We loved the great location which was within easy walking distance to a nearby music venue and many restaurants and brew pubs. It was very clean and well stocked.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful condo that was incredibly well supplied! Close to parks, the bus, town, and access to the clubhouse and pool were wonderful. The host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with, and was very attentive during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Winterpark family ski trip

We stayed three nights at this property, and it was perfect for our group of six (four teenagers aged 19, 19, 17, and 15 and two adults). The condo was clean and well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location, a 10-minute drive to the hill or a 5-minute walk to the free shuttle (we tried both options). The hot tub was nearby and was so nice to relax in after a fun day skiing. We would definitely stay here again,

Easy great location

Well equipped, very organized and well run - definitely a professional style rental. Easy walk to the ski shuttle and sledding hill so great location. Lots of chores for checkout though. Overall a great stay with our 3 young kids.

Very comfortable stay

Everything was great. The only thing that was a problem was the broken elevator, My daughter in law is in a wheelchair and my son had to carry her upstairs. Not at all the owners fault but worth mentioning. We made due and all was good.

Wonderful family ski condo

We had a great time. There are instructions for how to do everything in the condo. A short walk to the shuttle to the mountain. It was very doable with 5 and 8 year olds.

Great location

Overall stay was amazing. Lacey was very informative with the check in details and with the heating details since it was winter time. Great location right across the hot tub and pool area. Also snow sledge area was a quick walk across the street. Also very greatful of them mailing us our sons favorite blanket that he left behind. Would recommend this place to anyone and looking forward to book it again on our next vacation to winter park.

Great Base for a Nice Family Trip

Nice-sized condo, perfect for two families with young kids.Great location next to a community park (which was a perfect quick distraction/get excess energy out spot for the kids) and walking distance to multiple restaurants/shops/bars/breweries.Check-in could not have been easier, as all we needed was the key code.After a quick trip to the nearby grocery store, the condo was exactly what we needed and a perfect base for our family trip up through RMNP.We really enjoyed our stay.

We are the Belz Family- a family of 4 from St. Louis, MO. "Sleigh Belz" condo at the Trailhead Lodges is our second rental adventure. Several years ago, we decided to purchase a 2nd home in Navarre, FL (currently listed on VRBO under the name "Southern Belz" #1225401). We jumped into the rental game head first and have enjoyed every minute of self managing our rental. Since our family also loves the mountains and regularly skis the Winter Park area, we decided to purchase a mountain get-a-way and, again, share our home with renters year round. We are dedicated to the constant improvement of our rentals... every trip we make to our units includes a project list and full deep clean so we ensure our returning guests continually see improvements to our homes away from home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Before purchasing this unit, we stayed in Winter Park over the course of several years and looked at properties all the way from the base to downtown to Fraser and Grandby. We found that being in downtown at the Trailhead Lodges was the perfect spot as the units are spacious, they offer a great view, and the complex has unbeatable amenities.
