**The Space**

Beautifully upgraded three bedroom, three bathroom condominium located on the

5th floor. The condo has an oversized sofa and seating in the living area, a

balcony view of the slopes and base, plus a washer/dryer set.



**The Bedroom**

The master has a king with ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed

The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

Wonderful Stay

My friends and I all commented on wonderful Zephyr lodge is. It’s perfectly located as it’s right in the center of the village. Easy access to all the stores and restaurants AND the gondola that takes you up to the slopes is right outside the back door. The front desk texted us daily to see if we needed anything. We all said we would come back to zephyr again.

Love the spacious 3BR 3BA condo w view of gondola. Having w/d was nice. Everything is recently redone and gorgeous. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels and TP for our group. Bedding for hideabed was good. Unlike most VRBOs we've rented there were zero food supplies. Most places have cooking oil, spices, maybe a few nonperishables. This was more like hotel experience. Pans and dishes were sufficient. It's expensive but very nice. Would stay again. Communication was a bit different w the company. They did eventually respond to pre-trio inquiries, but a number of messages were long ad-like infomercials. They turned over the check in and check out process to the resort, which was easy to deal with. Again, it was more like hotel experience than typical VRBO, just FYI.
