Beautiful apartment located in the Recoleta area. It has a bedroom suite, bathroom. Balcony with a very nice view of the back of the building where you can see a green space. Natural light from the balcony. The unit has Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a fully renovated and equipped kitchen.

For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

You will be given your keys via a LOCKER located at the following address:
PACHECO DE MELO 2954.
This address is an 8 minute drive from the apartment.

A different method for pickup is available on weekdays, from 10am to 5pm. You can come pick up the keys directly from our offices on: SANCHEZ DE BUSTAMANTE 2320, 3RD FLOOR, APARTMENT B, Recoleta.

Would you rather opt for an in-person check-in, for an additional fee (between USD 30 and USD 50, depending on the date and time)?



You may request early check-in and/or late checkout after booking, which may be subject to an additional fee and availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

Cute and close to everything

The place was very clean and cute, small and functional. The staff was super responsive. The little apartment is close to great restaurants and many of the must-see attractions of lovely Buenos Aires.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was just as advertised. Clean and well appointed. The Tea Connection down the street was great for breakfast. The property managers were friendly and helpful. Only one small complaint is getting the key was a little stressful as our flight was delayed and there weren’t clear instructions on where to leave the key when we left, but it did all get worked out. Would stay there again.

Great location, well furnished, BUT……

This apartment is in a great location. It is well furnished for it size and has all the amenities necessary for the stay. Be aware, while there is a laundry machine, there is no dryer, so drying your clothes will take longer than costumed and and space in the small apartment.That said, I had unexpected “friends” staying with me, those with 6 little legs (or 8, I did not stopped to count them). Management was very responsive when I let them know and took care of the problem; however, the stigma stayed.The apartment door does not have a good seal therefore the outside noise is loud and and very present. The curtain in the kitchen, does not give you any privacy, you can see the neighbors window and what happens in there when the slights in the apartment are off, so be aware that the reverse may happen too and therefore your privacy is not secure. For a few days, this is a good location, but not for over 4-5 days max, and the price is too high for the “product”.The check in process is “painful” and problematic. Be prepared to spend more than expected time getting the keys.

Apartement très bien situé dans Recoleta pour visiter à pied plusieurs secteurs de Palermo à San Telma. Très sécuritaire, bel appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut. Le service de l’hôte a été excellent!!! Nous y retournons bientôt pour terminer notre voyage!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Nicely decorated, very functional and clean. The location is excellent - safe neighborhood with easy access to transit, lots of restaurants, cultural centre etc. Here are few suggestions to make the next guest's stay 100% perfect: 1. provide 2 sets of keys 2. provide check-out instructions 3. have some real-time support over the weekend Thanks.
