This 3 bedroom property is located in the highly sought after - Old Point Lonsdale. Situated within a kilometre from the Front beach, Shops, Back beach, parks and Golf Club - but in a quiet spot in leafy Lockwood street.
The property has been recently updated & we are making improvements all the time!
There is a large yard with fire pit, jungle gym and plenty of space for the kids. It is a classic beach house surrounded by native trees galore!

An easy walk to the front beach for safe swimming & down the hill from the golf club! A place for a little walk around the streets where everyone says hi and it’s the rustic, tea tree surrounds that instantly makes you feel like you are on holidays!!

Why they chose this property
Point Lonsdale is a hidden away gem. I holidayed here when I was younger and made life long friends. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or family fun! The beaches, the walks, playgrounds, cafes, trips to historical Queenscliff, the lighthouse, the golf course and of course the friendly, welcoming locals!
What makes this property unique
This property is located in Old Lonsdale and is within roughly a kilometre walk to the back beach, front beach and shops, the golf club (newly renovated), parks, lighthouse and yummy cafes! The garden is huge and has a large jungle gym for the kids too.
