Great escape

Cabin was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of amenities and all appliances and plumbing worked great. We loved the wildlife strolling around the property. I will definitely recommend this place.

Loved it!

We had a great time; the home was so cute and cozy, and I didn't want to leave lol. There was only one down fall and that was the driveway, it is very steep, and my car wouldn't go up the driveway and the gravel was so loose that even walking up the driveway was a workout (that we probably needed anyway, lol). But everything was great and enjoyable can't wait to go again.

Ruidoso Getaway

Three relatives each looking to relax after the deaths of two’s husbands and son of the third found a perfect location to recover emotionally and enjoy the deer and elk cow who wondered near. Excellent experience. Perfect location and hopeful to return again.

Secluded from alot of traffic, cabin was clean, quiet, comfortable with all towels, cookware and dishes you need. Even a welcome hot cocoa packet waiting for us.

Enjoyed every minute

The house is so adorable and cozy I just loved it so. The driveway was not the greatest for my car, I could not make it up the road so I left it at the bottom of the driveway and walked up (workout)lol. We had a great time and loved your cabin so thank you for sharing your small home with us.

Home away from home!

Perfect place for my family of 4. We felt home away from home. The only dislike is the driveway which is uphill, but understandably there’s not much you can do to fix that. Just be careful driving up the hill when ice or snow present. But, I will definitely recommend this place!

I had to use 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway. Other than that it was very nice.

We would not stay here again. There were too many maintenance and convenience issues for us. For example, the dishes and cups in the cabinets were dirty. The house had a musty smell. The driveway was steep and rutted. A light bulb was missing in the light fixture in one of the bathrooms. The toilet in one of the bathrooms wobbled. Coffee was not provided. The pictures give the impression that the cabin is somewhat secluded. It's not. It's in a neighborhood with houses and mobile homes all around it.
