This condo is a walk-in unit with elevator access. Enjoy the wood-style tile flooring in the living area and access to a large private deck ready for your enjoyment! The large windows from the main living and dining area offer fantastic lake views. This condo offers an open floor plan so everyone can spend time together no matter where they are! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to create your favorite recipes! There are granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and island.

This condo offers a master bedroom with a King-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a TV with a DVD player in the living area and a TV in the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with two separate vanities, 3′ X 4′ shower, a large soaking tub, and a custom walk-in closet. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall laundry. We elevate your vacation by adding $400 worth of attraction tickets with every stay.

Wonderful Getaway

Hawthorn 1410 was a beautiful place to stay. We had everything we needed and it was close enough to all the attractions but not in the hustle and bustle of town. The view was awesome to wake up to every morning.

Wish you would mention in the write-up, this unit only has basic cable package; not just the unit has tv. Very disappointing to see such. Would have been better prepared knowing this up front. Make a general statement in all your unit write-ups that basic cable package is a possibility. That way people would know what they are walking into.

Beautiful views - super nice condo

Everything was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed during our stay. Enjoyed the views! Having more towels would have been helpful for using the pool. Or at least advise guests to bring beach towels for the pool.

Peaceful!

All we can say is that we did not want to leave! Our stay went by way too fast but the recharge for us was much needed and we are glad to have picked Hawthorne 1410 thru Rent-Branson. The management was a pleasure to deal with and the staff all the way around made sure that everything was stated and taken care of. The property was clean and quiet during our stay at the end of September. My wife wanted to stay...permanently! No sinus issues during our stay! Thanks again and hopefully we will get a chance to come back to Missouri.

Nice condo for 2 people

Very nice, clean, updated condo, with beautiful view of the lake. Bathroom with shower and separate jetted tub, 2 vanities, huge walk-in closet. Bedroom with nice TV and comfortable bed. Kitchen was very nice, and furniture was very comfortable (not your standard cheap hard stuff). Nice balcony with lake view. Only issue we had was thermostat was set at 69degF (cooling) and you couldn't adjust it. It was freezing in there (and I'm hot-natured), so we had to turn it on and off to keep temperature comfortable. Minor issue, but thermostat should be adjustable (within limits, anyway).

Perfect space for couples weekend getaway!

The place is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom is very large with his/her sinks. Fully stocked kitchen. We loved sitting out on the patio overlooking the lake. While this unit is on the 2nd floor, it feels higher up overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the pool and it was not crowded. We will definitely stay here again. However, a few downsides were the bedroom being on the same side as the main road. Traffic was loud at times and we were woken up by neighbors talking outside the window as it is right beside the elevator. The parking lot was very full and many times we grabbed the last available spot coming in for the night. The pillows were not comfortable at all, I suggest bringing your own. 20 minutes prior to our checkout time the cleaning crew barged into our condo thinking we were gone. They were very apologetic, it was an honest mistake. But did not sit well with me as this could have been pretty embarrassing if we weren't dressed for the day yet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again in the future. The free tickets were a really nice perk too, no catch attached and the process was easy to redeem them.

After Christmas Vacay!!

It was a great place! Beautiful lake view! Comfort was a must and it met our expectations!! The only thing that we had to do was wash most of the cups, glasses and plates and silverware! There was lipstick and food particles on the glasses and cups and food still on the plates and silverware! When I opened the dishwasher the pod was still in the pod compartment so I just believe they never got washed! No biggie for us though we just put them all back in and ran them and they came our sparkling clean! I would definitely stay here again!! Great place!!

Beautiful Condo with exceptional views from Patio.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the entire condo was laid out perfectly. The only odd thing was that the toilet is next to a sink in the bathroom and it’s just weird. But that was totally made up with the gorgeous view from the patio. The patio had very comfortable seats to enjoy your morning coffee, while looking at the spectacular lake views. We will definitely rent this property again, it is definitely worth the cost.

Overall, our experience was a 10! I would like to suggest that the sheets the association provides be a better quality, especially in the summer. The sheets are thin and makes the bed feel hot at night, most likely due to the mattress pad. Also, in this particular unit, the only way to change the thermostat was to program the settings in the schedule -- you cannot just push up or down to change the temp. For us, that was not a huge deal because we are familiar with programming a thermostat, however, for older folks, this might be a challenge. The staff was always extra friendly when calling the association. I love hearing "God Bless" when the call is ended too. When the coffee pot quit working, the call to maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently with a quick replacement brought up to us.
