With amenities like a washing machine and dryer with AC, WiFi, and more. Guests can enjoy a hassle-free vacation. The 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure everyone stays refreshed. Our condo is equipped for both long and short stays to make your Summer Getaway one to remember. You'll appreciate a fully stocked Kitchen that has everything you need to create a delicious meal for you and your family. The condo was very clean, with relatively new appliances. The beds were comfortable including the sheets. We have stayed in different condos at Knotch Landing over the years and this one has been renovated and is very nice. We would gladly rent this one again.

This rental was the perfect location for us! We were wanting a nice, quiet getaway that was close to silver dollar city. We were able to have dinner on the beautiful, private deck and then were less than 5 minutes from SDC. We also had a question before check in and the host was very easy to get ahold of and extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. The condo was very well appointed, close to Silver Dollar City. We enjoyed being a little away from the bustle but still only a short drive away.We look forward to returning in warmer weather to take advantage of the wonderful deck

The kitchen is small but we weren’t cooking so it was great for us. Property was clean and the beds and seating in the living room was comfortable. It was close to SDC and restaurants and perfect for the four of us

Kevin & Diane were excellent hosts. We met them when we experienced a problem with the WiFi & they came immediately & fixed it. The condo was well arranged & had wonderful amenities. I definitely want to come again.

Everything was great except for the kitchen and master bedroom light kept blinking. There was a note about the kitchen light. This wasn’t a deal breaker by any means and we would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect from Silver Dollar City.

May 2026 condoBeautiful place Ground floor walk in. Great for handicap accessibility. Both baths have walk in showersBoth baths shower has a detachable hand held shower heads.Living room has nice furniture, a love seat, two recliners, & a Roku TV on a beautiful stand that has an electric fire place.There's a drop leaf table with 2 chairs.Kitchen has a Keurig coffee pot (suggest you bring pods or the adapter to use your own coffee) No dish washerLarge 6 person table on the deck.Master bedroom has a King bed with 1 night stand next to the bed and 1 at the foot of the bed next to a large chest of drawers.Second bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed, a 3 drawer "mini chest of drawers". Both rooms include a closet, to hang cloths.No tvs in bedroomsOwners are super nice and accessible for questions. Steve's tips:*We always bring power strips for charging, alarm clock etc.*Zip lock bags for left overs etc.*Universal TV remote has come in handy (I forgot it this time)*Ice, If the freezer has ice trays I start filling large Zip locks for cooler ice on the way homeI might also use any plastic containers to make larger blocks which last longer*A hand towel or two to use on get away day so the host towels can get started in the washer*Laundry soap etc for longer stays. I find it easier to repack clean clothes going home, makes the unpacking a little easier

Branson Summer Vacation

We explored SDC, White Water, and Top of the Rock. Thoroughly enjoyed Sight and Sound theater!! Our cozy family condo was excellent for relaxing while watching fireflies and rabbits from the balcony after a long day. It’s conveniently located close to the pool and trails. We LOVED how close it was to SDC! Thanks for making our vacation a great one!

Silver Dollar City trip

The space was just the right size for our group. The provided kitchen equipment was clean and well taken care of, which is rare with a rental property. We loved the balcony and hiking trails of the complex. Best thing was the four minute drive to Silver Dollar City since that was our main destination. Would definitely stay again!

The owners are very kind and easy to talk to. Very spacious 2 bedroom unit. Loved being ground entry and the back patio amazing for morning coffee and/or evening wine. The beds are comfortable and the location was great. Thunder ridge was an easy 30 minute drive and 76 strip about 10-15 minutes. Quiet area and I noticed walking trails accross the street!!! Next time I'm going to check those out.

Diane and I have been married for over 46 years and retired in 2023. We spent our honeymoon here and have been coming down to the Ozarks for vacations and short getaways ever since then. My folks lived on Gobblers Mtn in their lake home for 26 yrs, which was great for us and our kids. My Mom worked at Silver Dollar City for many years, so we always got free tickets. Diane and I love the Ozark country and the history of the early settlers. We purchased two nightly rentals, one in Branson, one in Notch Estates (Branson West), We would love to have you stay with us on your next vacation or short getaway at either one of our condos.
